Few things you can try to remedy this. 1) change shipping zip code on Amazon, 2) change language on Amazon website 3) try install it on Edge browser or Opera browser.

You are only allowed one personal KDP account even if terminated.

I installed both chrome extensions, but could you let me know why I can't see any BSR? they all come as UNDEFINED... why is that happening?
It should work. You can try updating the shipping ZIP code on Amazon website and updating language. Sometimes that causes conflict for others.
it is not showing up, you say how to fix it but i cant quite hear you so now I am stuck?
Make sure you are logged into the chrome extension itself. Not just on my website.
The tool does not work for me as you are showing. I have both extensions in Chrome and I do not get a list of suggestions. I get several boxes that say things like "Results", "Best Seller Rank", "Reviews", "Price" and "Links". There is a Keyword Niche Score box but there are no SEO suggestions. How do I get the SEO results? I cannot attach a screenshot or I would.

You say in this video that we can use these tools unlimited for free. That's not true anymore, is it?
It still is true. Whatever has been free since day 1 is still free. We have added pro features that one can choose to upgrade to. But the free version with all its featuers will always be free.
But what's new?! these tools are already there! I thought you developed something new or improved one of current tools.
I'm not sure why you comment this. You don't even use my free tools. ( Which is totally fine) but just seems you missed the point of the video. The whole point of this video is to show new people to KDP how to find lots of niche ideas and then to see which niches might be good. Also the important part of this video was to use both these extensions together and not one or the other. There were actually few keys points along others. Anyways have a good weekend.
