Tzeentch sorcerers love figuring out how to perma-kill Stormcast xD Would love a way to incorporate a spell like that into a narrative campaign (not necessarily playing through this story).
Also, I really need more terrain that I can use for underground battles...

I know it's a Lore video, but I just can't stand the "Alarielle in books" vs "Alarielle on the gaming table" thing. She's so badass in stories. *sad Sylvaneth noises*
Such is the fate of alot of armies both here and in 40k..
Oh yes the lore makes them sound like bad asses, who or less can fold you in two without breaking a sweat.. on the table top.. they are a joke that most serious gamers know how to beat and winning with them is an uphill battle.
to be honest... this is why I dont like using her, nagash or teclis on the table... how do you make a statline for a literal diety in a way that feeeeels right?
@@2Tough I just consider the models on the table for such characters to be a sliver of their true power.
Lol. Dude that’s how pretty much EVERY character in AOS is treated. Look at the Celestant-Prime in lore vs in game for example. In fact, I would say that about the ONLY character who acts in game about like he does in the books is Gotrek.
2+Tough the only time Nagash felt right was during the Petrifex Phase and even then he needs more wounds 🤣

Love listening to these stories. I have an Ironjawz army that I don’t play much with because I’m primarily playing 40k with friends. But every time I listen to the stories it makes me want to play the game again so bad!

Khaine and Khorne are very similar in just about every aspect. Anyone could mix them up.

Sooo... they stole some of that tasty realmstone juice, but technicly Archaons plan is still coming along, right? The mining and the plan was not stopped, just some of it were stolen.
This makes no sense. A realm gate the size of a mountain, opens, and floods the entire area, and someone no one outside of the immediate area notices.
It’s a portal to hell the best thing to do is ignore it and let someone else deal with it

In WH Fantasy the Dark Elves believed the distinction between Khorne and Khaine is one of degree. Where Khaine is the controlled violence of ritual and religious practice, Khorne is the uncontrolled savagery of the rabid dog.

@@IIDoorman Yes, I know that is a fun little lore nugget. Also they changed lore from edition to edition, but you can also find parallels between other D-Elven gods and Chaos Gods, such as Atharti and Slaanesh, and even Hekarti and Tzeentch. Not to saying that Dark Elves unwittingly worshipped Chaos, just that their gods could be the emanations of similar parts of elven psyche . Im obviously overthinking fictional lore, but there it is lol :D
So my question Doug is this... 1 since the anvil of apotheosis is broken at the moment I take it that means even any stormcast that got lightninged back to sigmar is still kinda screwed and 2 does this mean the anvils of heldenhammer are completely wiped out other than van brecht?
It isn't broken. They fixed it within the span of the novel Soulwars.

yes! and one thing I failed to mention, that whol region is now teaming with life. Like a meadow just popped up in the 8 points lol
considering that, it is just pure water and the eightpoints are saturated with the power of chaos it wouldnt do anything, it would really require a constant stream of not water but purifying energy and something to hold at bay the chaotic energy, similar to katakros fortess that is saturated with death magic.
