The movie she watched where the main character was played by Keke was the story of Kamiyah Mobley out of Jacksonville FL. That was a crazy story all around. And the other name you were tryna remember was Iyanla Vansant, my auntie in my head😂
I'm born, raised and still live in Jacksonville FL. My mom was working at the hospital Kamiyah was stolen from and I went to school with Shanara Mobley, her mother.
Did you know that Kamiyah recently wrote a letter requesting a reduced sentence for her kidnapper???
Talk about Stockholm.
My heart still hurts for Shanara...and I hope she keeps the door closed to reconciliation. Kamiyah has made her choice.
@@shantellakaladypersephone8671 Yes, I heard about the letter. It's truly sad. My heart broke when they played the video clip of her bio-mom crying about her baby only for her not to be able to bond with her once she was reunited with her. I'm not sure how she wouldve turned out being raised by her buo-mom but the attitude she displayed in the few videos I've watched of her let's me know that her kidnapper spoiled her and let her do what she wanted and talk to people however she wanted.

Kamiyah will never understand the love her mother has for her. The fact that she got angry at the man who was lied to as she was about not getting her own car at age 16 and him not paying for her prom dress 100%....only to find out he isn't your father and he was paying child support.
That young woman is forever lost. She should get no more chances to hurt her biological family anymore than she already has.
Some more info on the Gratful doe case. Jason was a hitchhiker, he was picked up by another young man and both were killed in the accident. The other man who was driving was identified in 1995. They showed his picture in this video as well.
Yeah, the original video doesn't tell the story well and makes it confusing. The narrator also misspoke and I guess they just said "good enough."
