As a native Italian speaker, I find it interesting that the slow speech in the video allows me to watch it at four times the normal speed while still comprehending everything. This clarity is particularly beneficial as I am selecting videos for my girlfriend, who is not Italian. I believe these presenters excel in providing comprehensible input material.

Thank you Matteo for being patient to speak slowly for non Italian students…you speak so slowly it almost sounds like English😂. This lentamente series is wonderful… it helps me to hear subtleties of pronunciation, sentence construction and I understand everything so this inspires me to continue learning this tricky language.

I have found that brioche al pistacchio are of two varieties. At some bars, they are filled with a gooey pistacchio crema that is sometimes too green to be true. They are too sweet for me and messy to eat. My preference is the kind that it appears Katie is eating in this video. The pistacchio is in the folds of the brioche, easier to eat, and much more delicious. Thanks for making a "slow" episode. I suspect that it is boring to make but it is so helpful for students who wish to study the language. Thank you.

that is "normal" because recently pistacchio became somehow more trendy and people want it more and more not understanding that real and good pistacchio cream/products are expensive. The result is low quality, chemical flavored creams and loaded with artificial color

I used to speak Italian when I was a child (used to visit Italy every summer), but after moving to the US, learning English became my priority and I lost most of my Italian. I loooove these videos! I have been having a hard time finding videos that help me pick up my language skills : most Italian 101s are too easy and too boring, next level is too fast. This is just perfect!! What a great idea!

Is it possible for you to re-edit the named titles putting number first? It will make it easier to follow order. It's also possible CZcams might automatically put them in order sequence.
