    This is the first of three videos on the demo, preparation / fitting, and install of the dash board. At first it didn't look that bad and I thought I was going to be able to fabricate something to repair the rusted area. This was not the case as you can see in the video. Looks like this dash board was replaced before , based on the bubble gum welding. :}
    Thanks for watching and please comment.

    The holes in the dash are for the dash grab handle & plastic trim plate

      Cool, thanks. Just didn't see holes in the old one and didn't want to send it back to AMD.

    Ceedell has a really good video on sectioning the dash. Too late since you took removed the entire dash.

      Picked up rivite set from harbor freight, tested it on something and then used it.

      Sanding under the dash, inside firewall and all the little crannies sucks. Almost done should have primer paint on by Sunday.

      Sorry but it ended up in metal recycling center. Really didn't think it was worth anything other than scrap.

      @@AlienRestoMod No problem. My 69 has some restomod amateur crap where the main dash used to be. That is the only section I need and I didn't want to replace the whole piece..
