This was an excellent playthrough! Much better than the video by the creators. I have Sub Terra 1 and have played the PnP of both games at my Games Night. Sub Terra 1 was an instant success with the crowd last year. In fact, my copy of the game was borrowed by a member and has not been returned for some months now. This version was met with less interest and that was because we did the exit wrong and was not tense enough. We'll be doing it again, now that this video clears up any mistakes on our part.
Nice walkthrough, although you got the "Stumble" die wrong: you only lose life if the character exerted themselves during the current turn (which means they took an extra action at the cost of one life), but if they didn't exert... it's free real estate ;) Also the Foreman should have used Shore Up to make that damn lava pit to make it safe. It was a choke point, so it killed sooo many people ;P

I'm considering getting Sub Terra II for my group. I'd like to know how challenging the game is to win for casual players.
Let's say out of 10 plays...how many wins would be typical (again for casual players)?
This seems like a completely different game as far as theme goes. Closer to a tomb raider/Indiana Jones than the survival horror the game is known as.
