    I love your classes!!! They always allow me to disconnect and stay present in my workouts. I had a super long day at work yesterday and an early morning today, but wanted to prioritize my physical health. I knew one of your classes would be exactly what I needed to challenge myself and take the time to stay positive in the midst of chaos!     This was the perfect little touch of movement that I was craving after four days of isolation from my second bout of Covid. Feeling much better but was craving something some light activity because I’m so stiff from laying in bed for days. This was wonderful! Thanks girl! ❤

    Also, I appreciate that the video is 30ish minutes, which is what I can fit into my mornings before work. For those who are asking for longer versions, it looks like there are plenty of 45-60 minute videos in her library.

    Love your yoga classes because you keep them moving. Ever thought about a class without non stop talking? I think your classes are advanced enough that we know push ups are lower and lift and that side angel is reaching forward with palm down and certainly all of us know when we need to do an in breath and out breath.

      I always appreciate suggestions and feedback, but your tone is incredibly condescending. I do have an advanced minimal cue yoga class on my list of things to film, but with a fusion class (in this case, pilates & yoga) it is more difficult since almost every movement requires some form of explanation. Also, with my decade of teaching yoga, I'd have to disagree with you that not everyone knows what poses to use an inhale or exhale breath. My classes are challenging, yes, but I teach like I'm instructing all levels so that every class is inclusive. I'd suggest mysore ashtanga classes if you prefer no cueing from your instructor.

      I really appreciate all the cueing! It helps me stay focused on what I need to be doing with my body + breath and stay in the moment of the specific movement

      Some of us do need the cues. I also don't find that there is "non-stop" talking in this video at all.
