I used to be strong and fit but unfortunately developed anorexia and loss a big percentage of my muscle mass. I am now weight restored and am looking at regaining my muscle mass. This yoga video is amazing and I do it every single day and I already feel stronger. It's a great toning and muscle building workout without being to strenuous.

Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "is iyengar yoga suitable for beginners?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Fonylan Inconceivable Future - (search on google )?
It is an awesome one of a kind guide for discovering how to get your sexiest body without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got excellent results with it.

Same, but managed the full today... I found it helpful to put the speed onto 0.75... just gives me more time to steadily move into the next pose, originally I felt I was rushing and wobbling because of it... I'll get to normal speed one day 😂

The flow is lovely, strong and fairly sweatfree. I can feel strength and balance building and really enjoyed myself:). Thank you for the link in one of the comments below to your series. I look forward to another practice with you tomorrow. Tricia

You are probably gaining muscle, and that's a good thing! If you are looking to lose weight, the most important thing is nutrition and what you eat. Healthy weight loss depends on daily movement (like this workout or other yoga classes, walking, running, etc), eating healthy whole foods, and managing stress levels. Hope this helps.
