  • One of the most effective pilates workout videos we have created for both beginners and advanced. Pilates is an incredible way to accomplish real results, weather it's pilates for weight loss, pilates for core strength, or pilates for toning, you can accomplish so much for your body through this circuit of incredibly effective pilates exercises.
    This week the idea we are focussing on in Tools For A New You is 'focus'. What you think about is what you become. And what you focus on regularly is what you will accomplish. So weather its a fitness or yoga goal, or a general better balance of health and wellness, or any type of dream or goal in your life... write it down, set your intention, and every day ask yourself what you can do to focus on one more small baby step to get you where you need to be. Each day is an inch in the journey, and in time the inches get easier, and eventually turn into feet and then miles. It won't be easy, but commit to the idea, write it down, and every day remind yourself again and again. Before you know it the results will give you momentum. And with momentum it begins to come with ease. And eventually you will be where you want to be.

    I am SO SO happy I stumbled upon your channel! I started your videos in June of 2017. At that time, I was dealing with depression and severe anxiety. I HATED looking at myself in the mirror and I finally decided to make a change. I am now doing Yoga/Pilates 6 days a week and eating clean. It has made SUCH a difference and I am not ashamed to look at myself anymore. I love the changes and when people ask me what I did i always tell them about your channel and how I stuck with it and it works! :) Thank you so much for your videos! :)

      I am also happy to find out this channel when i decided to start yoga, before i did fitness workouts. But in this channel i found out soooo many effective workouts, they burn Your muscles but it is pleasant at the same time. Thanks Juliana 😘😘😘

    Keep an intention next to your mat. You see it every day and get to imagine how to implement it that day.
    Formulate an intention, not a goal: something to do, not some result you want.
    Smile each time Juliana smiles at you (now that will improve your mood), or basically whenever you meet someone's gaze.
    Speak the truth or at least don't lie.
    Know, that pain is inescapeable, so you can as well make it about something.
    Love the process and watch the results, don't cling to them, just watch them.
    Breathe.

    I have never done Pilates or yoga before and found this video in hopes to help my anxiety since my dr recommended me doing so. I loved it despite having to take many breaks. I know I wasn’t doing all the moves correctly but I’m going to keep trying and hopefully get better because it felt amazing and made me sweat! The instructor is so graceful and she does a wonderful job. I’ll have to try some easier videos of hers and keep coming back to this one.

    Been using your videos since 2020, I tend to stick to the bums and tums. I am 56 and haven’t found any other workouts that I can stick to or that actually work. Highly recommended though be careful if your not advanced, look to start low key first and the grace will follow! Be patient don’t rush! 👍❤️🌈

    Just completed this. This is just what my body needed after waking up not feeling the greatest from lack of sleep. I feel so much better now. Refreshed, my head doesn't hurt nearly as much, and I feel good that I got movement in first thing today. 15 minutes well spent. Thank you so much!

    I love BB, I have all paid programs, and admire Juliana and Mark for putting free CZcams content. I enjoy visual and audio of their videos as well as harmonious workouts of all kind. I appreciate what you do and have made it part of my daily routine for better health to do at least 1 and sometimes 2 of your yoga/pilates workouts each day.     Fun little 15 minute refresher. I always look for things to do after sitting at the computer, and this was perfect. An interesting blend of non-traditional Pilates, yoga, and a few moves that came right out of classic mat. Nice! I recommended it to my yoga students as I am always trying to have them take up a little Pilates as well. Thanks!

    I’ve been to Sedona !! I even climbed the mountain it was a experience I’ll never forget! Also I’m new to Pilates and this was so fun !! I love the stretching, the breath work, the abs and glutes all in one with yoga! I do those workouts everyday using separate videos it’s amazing to target everything in one video you’re amazing !!
