Joe, I'm really appreciating these videos mixing up cleans, snatches and presses. Last week I tried your clean & 3 presses, clean & 3 push presses and clean and 3 jerks as finishers to my clean and press workout. I will have to try adding some of these gems into the mix just for fun.

One of my favorites is dead snatch up, lower halfway into rack, then press up and full snatch down back to ground. Switch hands.

It sure was. But the least thing I do anymore is kettlebell swings. I've spent the last 4 years teaching people how to build music and train using predominantly kettlebells , no barbells. Hence the name change.
