I think that's where I am going wrong. I use the correct angle but I grip the handle way too hard. Thanks for the explanation!
You're welcome that gives you control but then a lot of times people are over gripping and wearing out there forearm strength when they don't need to. Only time I really grip a kettlebell is when they are heavy in the swing and clean and snatch and if I'm getting ready to press and it's really heavy
