Mais nous devions avoir d'immenses artistes et des œuvres sorties des placards d'une grande qualité, sans oublier de très grands artistes qui invités par l'Administrateur firent de magnifiques prestations. : Alfredo Kraus Luciano Pavarotti, June Anderson, Shirley Verret, Cécilia Gasdia, Samuel Ramey. Il permit également au chant français de s'épanouir : Jean-Philippe Lafont, René Massis, Hélène Garretti, Michèle Lagrange et Alain Vanzo en fin de carrière...
