I think this stretching routine is great! I have to wake up at 6:30 AM and I don’t have time to take one of the long stretching routines. This is short, fast and makes your legs burn!🔥
I believe that if I do this everyday with another long stretching routine that’s about 30 min every evening and this on the early mornings I will be able to get both front splits and middle splits!
I would recommend this stretch for people who want their legs to burn and loosen up their hamstrings! Love this Anna!💗

Day one: hurt so bad, and couldn’t do most stretches that well but def felt it working!
Day two: stretches still felt a bit restricting, but it was wayyy easier! Although I’m aching from yesterday

Anna thank you so much for giving us all these stretches! Although I don’t follow your stretching routines, I use the stretches you do in your video, but I hold for them for one minute. My physical therapist told me that static passive stretches should be hold for minimum 1 minute, so I want to get the most benefit! However, without you I wouldn’t be as flexible as I was now because you helped me realize what stretches to do for what area and the type of stretches! If you ever make any stretch routines videos in the future, but just with 1 minute that would be awesome!
This is my favorite video for stretching! I just love how it’s simple and I can almost do my left and middle split because of you plus these stretches feel really good.

Love this stretching routine! It’s more unique since you’re doing sections so for section 1 it’s hamstrings flexibility, section 2 is back flexibility, and section 3 is hip flexors flexibility!

You made me be able to do my right split,also an over split,I can now almost do my middle, I can also now do, chin stands, contortion handstands, improve on my handstands, and teardrop backbend, u have helped me so much, and especially with my back flexibility, I got every bit of my back flexibility from u. As an unflexible person,i can see alot of improvements already just by doing this 1 time! I was able to touch my toes already,but i couldn't even do it in 10 seconds because of the pain,now i can do it without any problems!

Anna! I would love to follow to your stretch routines, but my physical therapist told me that I have to hold stretches for 1 minute or more. He told me that if you do less, you’re actually aggravating something I forgot what. Maybe in the future you can do these stretch routines with stretches that you hold for 1 minute or more? That would be great and I’m really sorry! You’re still a very amazing person and your stretches are very useful! I use them for one minute though and without you, I wouldn’t know them!

Great routine thankyou 👍🏼 it’s definitely not beginner friendly as I am not as flexible. There wasn’t many modifications and I can’t tell the right way I’m supposed to work on these like do I focus on keeping a straight back or touching my hands to the ground for the lounges because I can’t do both together ?
