i’ve always been super flexible for as long as i can remember, so lately when i started growing and losing flexibility, i was really frustrated and annoyed with how i could barely get into my left split. i decided to watch your leg stretching videos to get my split back, and i got it in less than a day. 💜

@@smallgirl_bigheart Hi :) it's very individual for each person🙂🙂 Because we are all very different. But one thing is the same for all of us: when you do exersices REGULARLY, you will have results 1000%🥰🥰 If you are totally beginner start with 2 days per week, in 2-3 weeks you can do 3 times☺ and even in one month you will be surprised by your results❤❤❤

Progress:
April 17 2023: I really want to become a flexible for gymnastics so i have completed a lot of your videos and got my splits front flip/front tuck front walkover and much more thanks to you! Now i really want to have back flexibility so i started this video!
Day 1/20: Had to go in between advanced and modification but really enjoyed this routine got deeper into my seal stretch then ever before!
Day 2/20 Only did half cause my siblings were bothering me and jumping all over me so i could not do it lol
Day 3/20 WOWWW Im improving so much and only day 3 technically 2 i can go much deeper into my seal stretch and almost got my tear drop backbend

I would love if u do stretches to get the splits. Also, when I try the splits, it doesn't hurt, and I just can't go any further, so if you have any tips, it would definitely help.

I faced the same thing, but I realized that all you need to do is instead of trying to open your legs more try to just push your hips down by raising your hands up or by letting someone else help, it will be painful but its worth it

I did this and your split stretching routines 2-3 times a day for 3 days, and I’m seeing results already! I already almost have my teardrop and chest stand! But don’t feel discouraged for whoever doesn’t see results yet because I pave been doing gymnastics since I was 6 and I’m 11 now. Good luck to everyone trying and remember to practice!
Edit: i can now place one hand on my ankles!! I’m so close to a teardrop!
