    Anna, you are the star that helped me do my splits. In my house, I was called the least flexible person and it downed me, after watching almost all your stretch videos, your main chanel videos and lastly, your shorts. From no split into an over split.     I have my perfect leg hold on my right leg, and now I’ll try for the left and get a tilt on the right. Could you please do an updated handstand tutorial for people who are struggling to kick up and are a bit scared to do it

    Thanks to you I got my splits on each side, my middle splits and improved my backbend! I also can almost hold a handstand. Just because of you i learned to be more confident and that i looove calisthenics:D

    This really helped Anna. I have been watching your old videos on your other channel and thanks to you I can do the splits, handstands, chin stands and so much more.     This stretching routine will really help me with my bow and arrow because it requires you to hold your leg and I think it would be fun if you did a tutorial on how to do a handstand block.

    I love the beach scene you should definitely do more of these. I also like this idea of stretching for specific things so you should think about doing one for getting a back position, like bringing your legs to your head

    Omg, I’ve been trying to improve my leg hold on my left but it hasn’t improved much. Now that you’ve made a stretch routine specially for leg holds I’ll know what stretches to do. I’ll do a before and after pictures so you can see my progress😄.

    Because of you Anna I got my splits and I have always wanted to get a very high leg hold but have been too scared as I hurt my leg pretty badly due to doing to much and trying to commit to hard stretches that I am incapable of. But I have learned to take it slow and but by bit I will become flexible if I continue to stretch everyday but very lightly. I am a gymnast and have a pretty high leg hold but I would like it even higher and this video will get me there. Thank you :)
