Those are good stretches. I recently saw a video of a girl saying that the splits are easy to achieve and that you can learn it in 30 minutes. Well, I‘ve been a dancer since I was 3 and I can guaranty that trying to do the splits in 30 minutes is incredibly dangerous, even if you already are into stretching. So, I’m really grateful to see that not all people are spreading wrong and dangerous information in the internet!
I’m with you all the way! I recently saw video of a girl saying if you do these stretches, you can have your splits within the next 3 days! And I’m thinking, that’s crazy! I’ve been a dancer for the past 11 years and only got my splits(left, right and centre) last year. You need to work hard for your splits, you need to stretch 6 days of the week while still giving yourself one day of rest. Be determined but don’t push yourself too hard, you could pull a muscle! Have a great day and stay safe!
I’m also a gymnast and it took me around 2 years to get mine. But I had to stretch a lot if not I would lose it. You would think oh but I can easily do it without stretching but it’s way more better when u stretch because ur body feels better and more free
As a former dancer I want to add to this: don't start trying the splits until you're already accustomed to stretching! It's not your weight or your fitness level that matters, mostly. It's your practiced flexibility. Square your hips and don't push it into pain. Flexibility will help you in your life so don't be afraid to start stretching today. I promise you'll feel so much better.
As a dancer gymnast and figure skater (or just a flexible person in general) I would say this is a good way to start off on getting a split, and if you already have one to keep it you must practice it every day or if you can’t cause your sick or something just do some stretches, even if you can still practice your splits that day still do some stretches before cause if your not prepared enough you could really hurt yourself.
Just a reminder being CONSISTANT is the key! I am not a naturally flexible and I'm still a teenager but I stretched everyday for 4 months and got it! Don't give up!
Oh wow 4 months I’m really impatient lol I’m 11 and I really want to do a front split so much ever since I was 7 and I’m flexible i think it takes 1-2 weeks for a split according to Google! Correct me anytime if I’m wrong

Important note: DO NOT DO NOT try to force your splits. Seriously it's so dangerous. It takes time and consistency 😎 I'm going through the same thing, been stretching them everyday to be ready for my winter season. (I've also danced for 11 years and still don't have my front splits 🫣)

Hi as a competitive dancer, I just wanted to make sure people know that flexibility is gained over a Long period of time not in a matter of an hour or a few days it takes consistent, stretching your splits or other flexibility. so if you don’t get it right away, don’t push yourself so far that it’s super painful. be careful and don't overstretch you could injure yourself and set back your flexibility. I've already read a lot of comments like this but it's so important to be careful I overstretched my left leg a few weeks ago and haven't been able to stretch it. I am a dancer and I have my middle splits and right leg, but my left leg is almost a foot off the ground compared to just last month when it was only a few inches away from the ground.
I’m a gymnast and we do all of those except the last stretch during warmup before we do splits. Also don’t rush getting your splits all the way down! It took me 6-7 years for me to get mine all the way down.
@@maryeverett2266 No, it really isn't. It took me four years in high school to get front and side splits perfect and I was one of the only dancers who could. Those students are victims and will struggle with that mindset their entire life. A good instructor teaches pushing to your limit but NOT past it.
@@Perceptionreflection There is no such thing as "should" or "bad". Aside from that, I know it's absolutely possible to get the splits within a year because that's what I did. My natural splits was not even to 90 degrees. I practised resting in a splits position for several minutes every few days, and got the splits in a year and a half. If I had done it everyday, I would've had it within a year. Since it is physically possible for someone to get a splits in a year, the only reason they wouldn't is because they didn't try hard enough.
You are so inspirational and creative please never stop! You inspire us all I left be your designs and how you care about comfort but in a healthy useful way
How I did splits (DO NOT TRY THIS YOU WILL GET HURT) I took a pillow I spilled water on two sides I started to stretch, until my both feet came near water. My feet will slip against the water, I use the pillow between my thighs to prevent myself from getting hurt. Then I slowly remove the pillow, and try to sit (in splits) carefully. Done! If you are close to getting your spilts, don’t just go and force yourself into spilts, properly stretch first then do an overspilts program, if you continue to practice everyday, then it will definitely help you to get closer to your spilts

Since it is physically possible for someone to get a splits in a year, the only reason they wouldn't is because they didn't try hard enough.
omg I love your videos! Can you pls make a cute large lunchbox for someone who has practice right after school??
Ty it helped me so much I’ve been doing it for while now and I can
These are the stretches I do for my splits ☺️ love them
You are so inspirational and creative please never stop! You inspire us all I left be your designs and how you care about comfort but in a healthy useful way
My thighs are dying 😂😂😂😅😅 but it works!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊
How many days did you did this?
@@BTSFOREVER-nv2bu if you do it 3 times a day, u might be able to do it in like 2 weeks?
Tysm it work
You got a new subscribe
I do cheer and this actually works I couldn’t do the splits at all and now I can do it without trying
How I did splits (DO NOT TRY THIS YOU WILL GET HURT)
I took a pillow
I spilled water on two sides
I started to stretch, until my both feet came near water.
My feet will slip against the water, I use the pillow between my thighs to prevent myself from getting hurt.
Then I slowly remove the pillow, and try to sit (in splits) carefully.
Done! I can do splits now!
I can try that because I do that alot but I love how you did that. So creative
100 % trying this 😊
I can't do it I'm gonna break my legs 😫
don't give up boo
as someone who is learning on how to be flexible, definitely recommend doing this but don't force it, take some time it may take a few days but trust me, you won't regret it
These are actually really helpful my team uses these as well!
Oh I really love your bag collection, but you don’t have a convertible model, you know a bag which can be a backpack, a handbag and a messenger bag, a 3 in 1 🙃. Can you make one, please ? For sure, I will buy it
Your absolutely amazing! Im 10 percent close to getting the front splits!
this was really helpful
Thanks so so so much I got my split!!!!❤❤❤ I'm so happy 😊 😃
nice LOVE UU!!!
They said you can get your split in one month but I get it in two days 😂
I'm a 6'5 man and im pretty much the antithesis of flexibility. I got into stretching 3 months ago because of back pain and these front split exercises have been working WONDERS for me
So i have been able to the my left splits but not the right so thanks!😅❤🎉
When you realize you have to be flexible
Me:👁👄👁
You don't really have to be you just need to practice I am practicing
You dont have to be naturally flexible to get splits! I'm a dancer, but I wasn't born with flexibility, I had to really work for it. some people are born flexible, but that doesn't mean they are the only ones that can ever get a split!
I’d love to see you make a swimsuit because most are just not ✨right✨
might yess!
That stretches was so good and it helped me to do the split only in 8 minutes ( i mean i was so close to do it earlier)
Wow on Day 3 i got my front split thanks i really really wanted to do that 🎉😊
Thank you so much so calming ❤❤❤
Bro I literally tried it and my PANTS CRACKED 💀
You really do good gymnastics:3
If you are close to getting your spilts, don’t just go and force yourself into spilts, properly stretch first then do an overspilts program, if you continue to practice everyday, then it will definitely help you to get closer to your spilts
That really helped me thank u girly pop!
I just started doing this a week and a 1/2 ago, I am really happy with the results! Thank you for posting this very helpful short! I will share with my no-split besties!💜😊
thanks for the stretch recommendation. I definitely felt the stretch in that lunging quad
As a figure skater, i can assure you that doing these once wont get u ur splits but over time it’ll come
