    【材料】:
    200克甜梅菜
    100克咸梅菜
    300颗五花肉
    4瓣蒜
    半汤匙糖
    1汤匙生抽
    1汤匙蚝油
    少许黑酱油
    700毫升清水
    【做法 】:
    1:首先先梅菜清洗干净,后泡水2-3小时,之后切成丁
    2:接下来五花肉切成块,蒜拍扁去皮备用
    3:在把梅菜空锅,炒香,后起锅备用
    4:接着先煎五花肉,煎至金黄色后加入蒜爆香,才加入梅菜翻炒
    5:接着加入清水,调味,后中小火焖1小时

    【Material】:
    200g sweet plum
    100g pickled plums
    300 pork belly
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon light soy sauce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    A little dark soy sauce
    700ml water
    【Method】:
    1: First wash the plum vegetables, then soak in water for 2-3 hours, then cut into cubes
    2: Next, cut the pork belly into pieces, pat the garlic, and peel it for later use
    3: Empty the pot, stir fry the plums, and then use the pot to set aside
    4: Then fry the pork belly first, fry until golden brown, then add garlic and saute, then add plum vegetables and stir fry
    5: Then add water, seasoning, then simmer for 1 hour on medium and low heat

    Not truly hakka way of cooking.
    Should be steam cooked.
    Pork belly should be chopped into very small pieces, like nearly minced.
    The mui choi chopped finely, the same as the pork.
    Then all mixed together & steam cooked.
    Maybe provinces varies their style of hakka cooking?
