400g Pork Belly 300克 三层肉
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Five spice powder ¼茶匙 五香粉
300g Sweet preserved vegetables 300克 甜梅菜
150g Salted preserved vegetables 150克 咸梅菜
3 slices Ginger 3片 姜
8 Garlic 8粒 蒜头
1000ml Water 1000毫 水
Seasonings调味料 :
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1½ tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1½ 汤匙 酱油
