@@skepticalbutopen4620 Ponce was ranked #1 by the IBF. Ergashev was his mandatory because he won a vacant title. Before getting the tittle shot he went to two tittle eliminations fight. He had faced good opposition he just lacking big names. But, big names are not synonym of great fighter just look at Ryan Garcia. The other champs haven’t faced good opposition at 140 they just arrived. Prograis didn’t fought Matias because he didn’t want to go to the hospital and Taylor who btw lost against Catteral. Left the IBF vacant and choose to fight Teofemale.

@FightingTemple that sucks, love Mike. One of my favorite episodes was when they had Sugar Ray Leonard on. Eben brought out the inner Mike, just made the episodes real. Maybe that's one of the reasons they didn't renegotiate with Eben, along with not wanting to pay him his worth.

Josh Taylor was inactive for over a year, a drunk, coming off surgery, & ALL FANS FELT LIKE HE LOST TO Catterral. Josh is known to be slow, & flat footed and to not know how to fight tall. You can't seriously look at that fight between Teo & Taylor & be impressed. Loma was also injured & smaller when Teo fought him. I had Teo losing to Sandor Martin, & Ortiz, Kamboses obviously beat his ass. Haney's #1, & I won't even rank Matias until he fights someone.
Yea you actually can because josh said that was the best camp of his life against teofimo and he looked shredded during the faceoff. He literally admitted to not training against catteral and catteral barely threw any punches for 12 rounds yet josh still won🤷🏽♂️ having teo losing against ortiz and martin just shows you dont know shit about boxing. Only kambosos edged it out against teo.

I'm obviously late to the party, but I have to agree and make an even stronger point. George, for me, was an integral part of the channel, not just the show. He doesn't have to be on every show, but the channel is missing a key ingredient if he is no longer a part of it.

Nothing to do with champs of this moment, maybe a chance vs Pitbull is judges do the same work like they done vs Lemos, and referee let him hug Pitbull like a dancer all the fight.

Teo is the best when he's fighting the an opponent with flat feet. He constantly struggles with boxers has lost to some, but was gifted the decision.
Matias is the real deal, that said Paro is not a walk in the park. Paro is a mover with good power, if Matias dominates him, Matias is top two in the division a head of Teo.

I think there's a strong chance Pitbull could beat Matias given how strong and durable he looked at 140 tonight. The way Matias fights would leave him open to being hit repeatedly by Pitbull and Matias would have a hard time landing clean on Pitbull enough to deter him. Matias chin would be seriously tested against Pitbull.

No one has fully established themselves as the best at 140. Is just gotten a balanced field. Teo established himself, Cruz just won, Devin dominated Prograis, and Mattias is good but now it needs to be a showdown before anyone can clear the smoke and claim to be the best! Too many champions with belts in the division. Meet up and settle it so in the ring
