Mark Neff trust me u do not want skirt steak it shrinks what u would need is carne asada steak meat cut up a big pack is like 10.36 its already cut up in your meat section

I love you and your recipes. I love your soft voice, calmness and matter factness. I made the jalapeno poppers and they were delicious. I had company and used an entire 16 oz can of jalapenos. It took me forever, but they were worth it. Now I just jotted down the ingredients of the torata and I'm going shopping. Thank you for the inspiration.
