𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏:
* Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
* Sorghum Flour/Jowar Atta (ज्वार का आटा) - 1Cup
* Ghee (घी) - Some
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐:
* Water (पानी) - 2 Cup
* Oil (तेल) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Ragi Flour/Nachni (रागी का आटा) - 1 Cup
* Boiled Potato (उबले आलू)
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
* Corainder Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑:
Normal Wheat Flour Chapati
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒:
* Rice flour (चावल का आटा) - 1 Cup
* Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓:
* Rice
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟔:
* Multigrain Flour (मल्टीग्रेन आटा) - 1 Cup
* Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢, keep the pan on the flame & put Water & come to boil first. When the Water boiled then put Sorghum Flour/Jowar Atta to it. Mix well, cover & keep it for 5 minutes. Then knead the dough well else there will be cracks while patting roti. Finally, make chapati & enjoy with Dal, Bhindi, Curd & Sproud Salad.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐢 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚, keep the pan on the flame & put Water & come to boil first. When the Water is boiled then put Ragi Atta & mix. Then knead the dough adding little water gradually to make firm and smooth dough. Then take a dough ball & fill the filling in it. Then flatten them with the fingers. Roast the Paratha & serve the Healthy Ragi Tawa Paratha Recipe along with Mix Dal, Dry Karele, Raita & Green Salad.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢, keep the pan on the flame & put Water & come to boil first. When the Water boiled then put Rice Flour. Mix well, cover & keep it for 5 minutes. Then knead the dough well else there will be cracks while patting roti. Finally, make chapati & enjoy with Sabzi, Mango, Papad & Sproud Raita.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞, wash some Rice and put it in pressure cooker. Add two cups of water along with a few drops of Oil/Ghee & Salt to it.
Turn the heat to high. Wait for 3 steams and turn off the heat & release the pressure. Serve hot & enjoy with Chhole, Salad, Curd & Dry Arbi ki sabzi.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢, take a plate & put some Multigrain Flour & bind the dough by adding some water gradually. Cover & keep aside for some time. Then make Chapati & serve with Dal, Sabzi, Salad & Dahi Bhalla. In this way, 7 Days special thali will get ready easily.

Mam thank you so much for the gluten-free rotis my daughter is celiac - wheat allergic, these recipes are too good i am going to try these recipes.
You should eat millets...like ragi, foxtail, varai, jowar, which are high in neutraceuticals...and healthy...she will not even have hunger cravings..trust me. It's traditional Indian food ...gluten free and it's called God's food
My daughter is allergic since 2014, thank you for your suggestion but i am giving everything which she can eat now i am fully aware what give and what not so don't worry.

You're taking it wrong i am saying that i am taking care of my daughter very well in these years she never get unwell to eat any outside food even all who were suffering from that allergy i am giving that suggestion eat home made food, avoid as much as contamination to avoid outside food. I am daily learning new things i am open to any suggestions.
