    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏:
    * Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
    * Sorghum Flour/Jowar Atta (ज्वार का आटा) - 1Cup
    * Ghee (घी) - Some
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐:
    * Water (पानी) - 2 Cup
    * Oil (तेल) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - Some
    * Ragi Flour/Nachni (रागी का आटा) - 1 Cup
    * Boiled Potato (उबले आलू)
    * Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
    * Corainder Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑:
    Normal Wheat Flour Chapati
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒:
    * Rice flour (चावल का आटा) - 1 Cup
    * Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓:
    * Rice
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟔:
    * Multigrain Flour (मल्टीग्रेन आटा) - 1 Cup
    * Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢, keep the pan on the flame & put Water & come to boil first. When the Water boiled then put Sorghum Flour/Jowar Atta to it. Mix well, cover & keep it for 5 minutes. Then knead the dough well else there will be cracks while patting roti. Finally, make chapati & enjoy with Dal, Bhindi, Curd & Sproud Salad.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐢 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚, keep the pan on the flame & put Water & come to boil first. When the Water is boiled then put Ragi Atta & mix. Then knead the dough adding little water gradually to make firm and smooth dough. Then take a dough ball & fill the filling in it. Then flatten them with the fingers. Roast the Paratha & serve the Healthy Ragi Tawa Paratha Recipe along with Mix Dal, Dry Karele, Raita & Green Salad.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢, keep the pan on the flame & put Water & come to boil first. When the Water boiled then put Rice Flour. Mix well, cover & keep it for 5 minutes. Then knead the dough well else there will be cracks while patting roti. Finally, make chapati & enjoy with Sabzi, Mango, Papad & Sproud Raita.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞, wash some Rice and put it in pressure cooker. Add two cups of water along with a few drops of Oil/Ghee & Salt to it.
    Turn the heat to high. Wait for 3 steams and turn off the heat & release the pressure. Serve hot & enjoy with Chhole, Salad, Curd & Dry Arbi ki sabzi.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓 - 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢, take a plate & put some Multigrain Flour & bind the dough by adding some water gradually. Cover & keep aside for some time. Then make Chapati & serve with Dal, Sabzi, Salad & Dahi Bhalla. In this way, 7 Days special thali will get ready easily.
