    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚:
    * Namkeen(नमकीन)
    * Roasted Chickpea(भुने चने)
    * Fennel(सौंफ) - 2 Tbsp
    * Desiccated Coconut (नारियल का बुरादा) - 2 Tbsp
    * White Sesame Seeds (सफ़ेद तिल) - 1 Tsp
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक)
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
    * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    * Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 2.5 Tsp
    * Roasted Cumin Powder(जीरा) - 1 Tbsp
    * Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
    * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Refined Oil(तेल) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞:
    * Bitter Guard(करेला) - 1/2 Kg
    * Bitter Guard Seeds & Peels(करेले के बीज और छिलके)
    * Refined Oil(तेल) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
    * Water(पानी) - 1/2 Glass
    * Oil(तेल) - 1-2 Spoon
    * Bitter Guard Spices(करेला मसाला)
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞:
    * Bitter Guard(करेला) - 250 Gm
    * Oil(तेल)
    * Onion(प्याज) - 3-4
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Onion(प्याज) - 1
    * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 4-5
    * Salt(नमक)
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर)
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
    * Water(पानी)
    * Pickle(अचार) - 2 Tbsp
    * Bitter Guard Spices(करेला मसाला) - 2 Tbsp
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐡𝐢 𝐊𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞:
    * Bitter Guard(करेला) - 250 Gm
    * Chopped Bitter Guard Seeds(करेले के बीज)
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    * Bitter Guard Spices(करेला का मसाला) - 2 Tbsp
    * Salt(नमक)
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
    * Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च)
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर)
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Bitter Guard Spices(करेला का मसाला) - 1-2 Tsp
    * Water(पानी)
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
    * Curd(दही) - 1 Cup
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚, take a mixing jar & put Roasted Gram, Namkeen/Sev & grind well & take out the mixture on a plate. In the same mixing jar, add Fennel Seeds, Desiccated Coconut, and White Sesame Seeds & grind well & put the mixture on a plate. Then add some Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & Roasted Cumin Powder. Mix all well & keep the Masala in an air-tight jar.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞, wash Bitter Gourd & wipe them. Then peel them and make a cut in between & separate all Seeds from it. Take some Masala on a plate & put Bitter Gourd Peels, Seeds & Refined Oil and mix all well. Then fill the Stuffing in it. Keep the cooker on the flame, put some Water, and keep a ring & oil greased strainer. Cover with lid & give it 3-4 whistles. Then release the pressure & take them out. Keep the pan for heating add some Oil, White Sesame Seeds, steamed Bitter Gourd/Karele & some Spices. Roast for 5 minutes on a medium flame & garnish with Coriander Leaves. Now Stuffed Karela is ready to serve.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞, wash Bitter Gourd & wipe them & make a cut in between. Then fry Karela & Onion in medium-heated Oil & take them out & cut them into a round shape. In a pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder & chopped Karele & cook well by adding some Water. Then add some Pickle, Karela Masala & Fried Onion. Mix well, cover & cook on a slow flame for 5 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves & enjoy with Rice or Chapati.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐡𝐢 𝐊𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞, take a bowl & put chopped Bitter Gourd Seeds, Coriander Leaves, Karela Masala, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder & Oil. Mix all well & fill the filling & roast the stuffed Karela for 5-7 minutes. Then put Karela Masala & Water & give 2-3 whistles on a medium flame. Then release the pressure & take them out. After that, keep the pan on the flame & put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder & Karela Masala. Roast the masala by adding some water gradually. Then add whisked Curd & stir continuously. When the curd starts boiling then put chopped Coriander Leaves & Karela. Cover & cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve & enjoy with roti or Paratha.
