- Fable is finally back! After years away, one of Xbox's biggest Ips has returned. We see " Dave Vegetable Enthusiast" discussing the age of heroes is over, the age of innovation is here. Who, of course, turns out to be a giant.

The first two fables were so ahead of it’s time. One the best games ever in my opinion

Even 3 had features that were innovative to the rpg genre. All three games are outstanding and hopefully this one lives up to their legacy. Even if it's not as good as them
My only disappointments with Fable 1 are your character's lack of... character, and leveling up making you older while the rest of the world around you remains the same

Most of the fun I had in Fable came from becoming a real estate baron and all the ways you can muck about in towns. I really hope they include those elements in this one and don't just focus on combat

It's gonna be a souls-like looter action rpg game with a Ubisoft-like open world, it'll have mid side quests, annoying and forgettable characters, little to no interesting side content, and a main story with lots of choices that'll only impact the ending but only slightly.

Demon Doors are pretty likely. As for Reaver, I wouldn’t get your hopes up. This Fable seems to be going for a soft reboot, taking Albion and the world around it, and giving us the feel of it while leaving the previous games alone. There will probably be references to old characters, but I’d be surprised if we saw Theresa or Reaver in the flesh. Honestly, I’d prefer this game to stand on its own without them.

Je n'ai pas vue de commentaires francais , alors je vais m'y mettre , Fable 2 et Fable 3 Font parti de mes jeux préférés depuis petit , j'ai tant de souvenirs sur ma Xbox 360 que juste d'y repenser me ramène des larmes, j'ai saigné ces jeux dans tout les recoins , j'y ai joué avec ma soeur, on passaient des heures à jouer et on passaient du bon temps ,je l'ai recommencé à zero de moultes fois , depuis petit j'attend un nouveau chapitre de Fable , en voyant ce trailer je me disait peut être que mon rêve d'enfant aller ce réaliser, mais NON ! En voyant ce trailer je n'ai vue aucune ressemblance au chapitres précédent , appart Juste un héros avec une épée dans le dos qui met un coup de pied à une poule et c'est bien le seul moment ou j'ai eu un petit espoir d'avoir un bon jeu mais finalement la suite ne m'a pas donné envie du tout , Je trouve juste que les Devs se sont dit "Ils veulent un nouveau jeux, alors on va leur en donner un qui est juste beau graphiquement sans aucunes réfs au précédents". Mon jeux d'enfance c'est un jeux en monde ouvert avec une ambience calme et pesante à certains moment , des villages beau et calme , d'autre avec pleins d'usine controlé par un capitaliste riche et qui se sert d'esclaves , d'autre ou il n'y a que des mercenaires , Ou on fait des quêtes bizarre et loufoque ou d'autres des quêtes avec une grande Histoire, des petit boulot pour ce faire de l'argent pour se payer ses premieres armes et équipement , des pouvoirs hyper stylé , des maisons plus belles que d'autres qu'on peut acheté ou mettre en location où on peut changer les meubles en ayant acheté au préalable , un système de gentil et méchant , devenir un artiste de rue , avoir des armes de plus en plus fortes , soit devenir un Héros soit être un méchant , pouvoir se faire des amis , des amoureu(x)(se), pouvoir se marier , lui acheter une bague plus ou moins chère , avoir des enfants qu'on peut choisir le nom , se faire quitter ou détesté par sa famille par ce que nous ne sommes pas assez pésent , pleins de détails comme ca fascinent que j'en passe tellement que il y'en a , Bref désolé pour ce long texte mais moi de mon point de vue , le futur Fable est un gâchis , comme Mafia l'a fait avec son 3ème opus ! I get that it was a really long time ago so a lot of the older fans don't care anymore but remember the internet exists so a lot of people have watched playthroughs of fable and bought the older games long after they came out so the game still does have a fandom

Man, i wish they would captilise on the aesthetics of Fable 1.
The armor system, special weapons, experience system, storyline, characters and random side objectives made the game so fun.
If they add more depth to match a 2024 game and online co-op so I could play with my brother....

Completely different developer. Lionhead has been defunct for a decade. That’s exactly what this is.
@@shecklesmack9563 The last Fable game developed by Lionhead was cancelled because it was the most un-fable like fable game ever made. You had to choose to be good or bad from the start, choices didn't affect your character, and fans didn't like it.
This looks more like a real fable game than Fable Legends ever was...
I'm kind of sad that they went for more and more realistic looks on each new game. The cartoonish look of 1 and TLC worked really well with the kind of humour in the game.

It looks like it has the comedy of Fable which is one of its biggest strengths. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have the same art style. That was a big part of Fable and taking it away was a bad decision.

I hope that somehow what made Fable interactive is preserved, create your hero as you want and choose your own path 🥺the game looks visually promising but i loved that magical essence, the heroes guild, theresa and amazing musi, los fans hemos esperado tanto por esto .......don't let us down.
This company is all about giving you the choice! It’s the people who make the forza games and both Motorsport and horizon are always amazing plus horizons worlds and DLC crossovers are always top tier. I have full faith in playground!
Dude what made the first fables good was it's Britishness, playground games is a British studio you're in very good hands brother. These people make the Forza horizon games that's graphical fidelity couple with British comedy. We are in for a very good time my friend, very good very nice!! 🇬🇧🧐
The producers say the game will be for a "modern audience" but will, much to the producers chagrin it seemed, retain its "Britishness"
Might I remind you that the game is called fable, you know as in the fairytale stories fable? It’s hard to tell if you haven’t played this game yet, but the trailer looks great. I love Jack and the beanstalk.

this really didn't give me the old fables' vibe and I am trying my best to keep an open mind but unfortunately it's hard to say that we'll get what we really crave with our nostalgic childhood memories from the old franchise. Hopefully my inner child sparks of joy when this actually comes out but it's hard to say

This trailer is bizarre, I gotta admit after hearing about all the behind the scenes drama, releasing such an odd trailer and hearing " the age of the heroes is over," etc I'm a bit worried about this game, that quote has Disney Wars movies vibes.

I'm not really feeling it yet. The humor isn't hitting like the old games did. But it is just a teaser, so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. But i am starting to think that maybe Lionhead just had a certain charm to them that they might just not be able to recapture.

Honestly the humor kinda reminds me of classic dry british humor. The scene where the guys angry at the size of the pumpkins? Or the scene of kicking the chicken and the random guy has just seen it all before "yeah.. well done..". I'm not sure how to put it into words, it's not monty python, but it definitely has the feeling. That's what I get from it at least. I liked it a lot.

I just replayed Fable 2 and 3 recently and as much as I loved these games throughout my childhood... after seeing this maybe we don't need a Fable 4, I'd love to see Reaver possibly back in a new game but this does not feel like Fable
