Rodriguez put that "two piece" on old boy! 💯
i wanna be happy and excited in life like this man 18:31
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!!!
The two guys actually plunked, Edgar Martinez and Chuck Knoblach were absolute class A major leaguers 👌🏼
Yeah, as long as throwing from second to first isn’t important to you 🤣🤣🤣
Mr yips.
@@ryukenhondaraiden252 Knobby has a lot of rings, good lead off man!…
Knoblauch was on steroids.
@@ssweepsnot his entire career. The thing is most players were so there really wasn’t an advantage if players all on steroids are playing each other.
dang!! frankie threw a great one-fister!! scott did a great job taking his best slug from anyone for that matter!!
Frankie just leveled Girardi. Girardi thought he was tough, but got his ass kicked...he went defensive real quick...
Only thing I saw was a couple missed punches and the last punch that missed, but the elbow connected to the side of his head. Girardi got right up and had him, or someone, in a headlock. But hey, ya know, you see what you want to see there. Whatever makes you feel special. 🤷♂️
@@larryandrews696 Are you blind? Frankie connected 2 - 3 times before Girardi went down to the fetal position
@@larryandrews696 clearly that’s what you’re doing 😂
@@larryandrews696 love girardi but it kinda looks like he was handled there
Frankie was a better fighter than pitcher!
I see Girardi fights just like he manages: half asleep 😴
AND YOU WOULD HAVE KNOCKED RODRIGUEZ OUT HUH? 😂
🤣🤣🤣
Mariners got their catcher barely able to walk and still lost 😂💀 how them 🍋’s taste?

Love him or hate him, Young Arod was an absolute beast
Tom Lampkin for the Hall of Fame
Now all we need is the brawl when paul o niell and the catcher went at it.
25:12 A-Rod and Jeter before they became enemies
Yep jealous Arod wanted to be the captain
@@edwardguillen4381 Looking back, Jeter was right not to want that
I just watched this to see Griffey, Nostalgia!!!
I f****** love this stuff.
About 25:38 Chad Curtis was expressing displeasure at Jeter for having just had a friendly talk with A-Rod after the two teams had just gone to war.
Chad Curtis should've understood that Jeter and Arod were lovers back in those days
Yup, that conversation with Jeter essentially got Curtis thrown off the team.
Curtis was 100 right. I don’t want to see my teammate joking around with the opposition during a brawl with them.
@@LetsDruz maaaybe…Curtis was a notorious asshole though. My favorite Chad Curtis story is when Kevin Mitchell threw him through a ping pong table and broke his hand
@@chadfisher611 Curtis is actually a convicted sex offender who spent seven years incarcerated. Quite the hypocrite as he was known in the clubhouse to push his own religious beliefs on others, even when they showed no interest.
We need to see more brawls, these men are making so much money they need more action like this.
The only Time I didn’t dislike Arod is when he played for Seattle. That team was amazing. Should of had themselves a World Series.
Arod and Griffey Jr on the same team.... wow forgot about that team.
And Jay Buhner and Edgar. Look at the offensive numbers those Mariners teams put up in the late 90s. Second only to the Murderer's row.
Respect for Curtis going right after Jeter for being such a wuss and not fighting with his team.
This of course got him released after the season, but he was right.
Curtis was no saint either. He was not a good teammate or person in general. He caused A LOT of problems on different teams he played for during his career.
You have respect for Curtis? You should maybe read up a little on Curtis and see how quickly that respect disappears.
Nice upload👍👍👍Watched this on TV live. #GoMs
Anybody notice how Chad Curtis got mad at Derek Jeter for yuckin it up with A-Rod during the brawl??? lol 😆
Jeter was also the last Yankee to join in. And then, he hides behind a teammate LMAO
And Jeter made sure that Curtis was traded after that season [but not before hitting a walk off homer in the World Series…]
Jeter said that he didnt know what was going on in the field or why there was a brawl...... righttttttt.
@@geev3416 but bear in mind that the Yankee organization saw the error of their ways doing that and seek to reacquire Chad Curtis only for the Texas Rangers to rebuff them (Derek also learned the hard way what a true friend a Rod really was)
Where's Chad Curtis now? I'll tell you he was convicted of sexual assault on teenage girls...he was a High School coach...took advantage of young girls...what a class act
*ARoid was notorious for stealing glances at the catchers fingers. He is to blame.*
Are you telling me you wouldn't?
Everytime I watch a brawl Don Zimmer is hobbling or rolling on the ground, lol.
Damn junior had such a pretty swing. If I coached a little league team I'd tell the kids to study his swing technique.
Always appreciate Girardi getting his ass kicked.
I remember watching this as a 14 year old Yankee fan. One rule I've always had is I never go to bed before a Yankee game is over no matter how much I will have to pay for it in the morning.
I remember Chad Curtis confronting Jeter and Jeter telling him to screw off. I never really realized BERNIE though how he just pinned Dan Wilson to the ground and then was going for more. I love Bernie even more than I ever do now if that is possible.
looking back its hilarious how Chad Curtis was trying to preach to Jeter and others... now Curtis is in jail because he molested 15 year olds
Yeah and chad Curtis tried to blame players who took steroids for him not always being an everyday player. Not that he was just an average player at best.
Curtis was a POS human
@@BB-rm3xi and Bonds has 1,313 legitimate homers.
@@BB-rm3xi Curtis was easily better than average coming off the bench.
When he was with the Yankees, if George Costanza would have pulled off the trade in 1996, they would have had Barry Bonds for Bernie Williams and Jim Leyritz...🤣
Facts
what a pitching staff the Champion Yankees had !! now, in 2022, they can just forgetaboutit.
rodriguez was kicking ass n taking names
Jim leyritz was so upset, he had 14 drinks after the game instead of his usual 12
Now the record for a 9 inning game is 4 hours and 45 minutes (2006, NYY vs. Boston).
That's funny because first thing I thought of was how almost every Sawx/yanks game now passes that old record for longest game
