Its like a family full of Björks
Best comment.
It's byork, bjork, and byerk
This thought was subconciously at the back of my head the whole time
Hahaha, it's true! When Natalie says "Gwaff" at 2:30, she has that little squeak in her voice just like Bjork.
Yasssss
Natalie’s faces behind the magnifying glass were cracking me up 😂
"Off with her head!" _- Her Majesty Queen Bonham - Carter_
fr
Natalie is fucking hilarous
Same
“Would you like to try banana and clam?” *eyes dart back and forth*
god, her face was so cute in that moment.
03:53
:3
SUCH HUGE EYES too
"Ma gaad... What these parents nooni have..."
i was dying😂
Natalie yelling through the glass is killing me.
"Be more politt" 😆
Gwehelf!!
The squeak 😭😵
That family group hug tho 😂😂
Kaiser Storm 94 Pause at 0:17 and try to figure out which head goes to which body. lol
lmaoooo facts I wished my family embraced me like that 😂😂😂😂😂
That group hug is my fam
Although what?
At least they actually kind of touched each other! So WAY more affectionate than certain American WASP families. Or the "Hollywood kiss".(Before the virus.)
I named my cat Nooni after this sketch. 😊 She’s 10 years old now!
Angela Lindsey Did you name the cat after the mother, the father, or the daughter? lol
She’s precious tell her that I love her
I’m glad I’m not the only one!
Aw
@@JasonZakrajsek Seriously I need the answer too lol
Maya has the most amazing ability to move her move and make insane accents & sounds, and move her face around too. She could look beautiful, or horrible, or weird, or perfectly accurate in a past time frame. I miss her.
Oh no, did she die?
Kristen wigg is like this too! She can be gorgeous or crazy, hilarious or sensible from sketch to sketch and she does a variety of accents as well. They are both fantastic at embodying characters.
CB BC she isn't a cast member anymore
J is Scoobysmom love her 💖
"move her move"
"Dadoo" I'm calling my dad this from now on.
Like on Animaniacs!
In my country The Unitarian Coagulation of Upper and Lower Spvitzvaargen we often refer to our fathers as Dadoo.
Sometimes if we're trying to impart a particularly endearing epithet to our non female parental unit we'll refer to him as doodoo.
In india... We refer to our grandfather as Dadoo
@@tariqnaseem640 Next time you're in The Unitarian Coagulation of Upper and Lower Spvitzvaargen give me a ring. We can do lunch and I'll treat you to a chauffeur guided pogo stick tour of our capitol city.
I worked with a guy named David whom everyone called Dadou. Turned out it came from some Arab dude who called him Daoud (Arabic for David) and he just thought it was Dadou.
Classic
Drew Gooden glad to see you casually peruse the website you created for old SNL videos
HEY DREW!!! :)))
you just earned a lot of respect points from a fellow subscriber. good to see you here!!
What a stinker
Drew u just made my day
Natalies magnified face looks like the red queens big head from Alice in Wonderland
shan4883 A warm pig belly for my aching feet
That's actually the best part about this, she's just normally sitting in that chair but a big head is doing all the talking
I thought it was Keira Knightley lol
Exactly what I was thinking!!
It's so hilarious
“What a terrible conclusion!”
Conclüsion
Best line
Ironically, that statement describes the ending of most SNL sketches
@@Levacque I don’t even remember leaving this comment
@@onegirlrev I don't remember having already liked it .😅🤣🤣🤣
Time flies...😅🤣🤣🤣
I can actually hear a slight difference between the way they say Noonie , Nyunie, and Noony now.. I think time to stop watching these sketches before I start mispronouncing my own name.
same 🙈
haha, silly, "Noony" is a large animal with horns. Her name is "Nöönÿ"
😂
Cööngrat-ulîtïons! You've earned melted ice cream. (Try the banana & clam. It's very refreshing!)
There 100% is slight differences. One has more ooooh sound. One has more of a spanish sounding n.
2:30 when Natalie screeched "Dwuarf!" I lost it
the little squeak with it was so cute too
Maybe her family was from Dussel-dwarf !
The terrible thing happened to me today, I went to IKEA and the didn't have the carry pot by human functions !
G - R - O - A - V - F! Dwuarf!
Lol Natalie Portman was so perfect to play their daughter. Hilarious character and her accent was funny.
"My cousin turns 3 in 2 more years hahaha!" 😂😂😂
Lol 😂
I didn't get it?
Man, that killed me.
best line
Would've been funnier if he had said 4 years.
"His name is Jeorf! Jay-Uh-Er-Iffa! Gwayf!" Good lord I'm losing it!
"You must forgive us, we were eating raw bacon in the lighthouse."
Really puts the "bile" in "mobile".
Tom Haflinger it's probably all the confusion
Natalie Portman's magnified face had me laughing all the way to Mars.
"Put on your treatbib, Darpf."
Oh, gwarpf! Don't be rude
Bye, Grouf!
Natalie Portman is way funnier than we give her credit for
Smarter!!!
We?
Sudeikis as the adorably uncomfortable guy is all of us.
The Mother and Fathers Response When he said his name was Jeff😂
Jeff: My name is Jeff
Mom: Gworfff
The way she spells/pronounces “Jeff” 😂😂😂
They each did such a good job! It’s kind of crazy how well they kept it together.
Banana and clam sounds like a euphamism
Lol - it totally does! 😂
It is
:D nice one, probably was a naughty invite :P
fred armisen is such a gift to the world and must be protected at all costs
I thought he was canceled for being abusive to his girlfriends...
Either way yes he's hilarious and this is one of my favorite characters of his
This sitting room is a bit uncomfortable for me
It is zitting room!
@@Khaledf no, the zhitting room. Where Nunni zhits in the mobile "boys room".
That magnifying glass Cracked me up
that was actually funny.
YEARS ago I was looking for this sketch to show my friend Jeff why I nicknamed him “Gweorf” and it’s FINALLY uploaded. It’s like remembering and loving a song but you don’t know it’s name and you FINALLY find it like a decade later. Thank you, internet gods/SNL.
Edit: also, my physical therapist’s company is named “Human Function”...
Congratulationg~
Does your company kill gorillas? 😂
Natalie Portman was having too much fun with this! She’s adorable. 😁🥰
Maya is amazing.
What a weird but fun sketch.. 🤪
His name is GERF "J-E-ARR-EEOFF... GWUEFF"
DEAD 😂😂😂😂
Her goofy face in that fkng mirror---I CAN'T BREATHE🤪🤯😜🤣
Natalie is brilliant here, especially behind the glass 😂
fred and maya had me crying the entire time. waaaay too funny!
Natalie yelling through the glass is so cute
New-ni- Maya
Nu-ni - Natalie
Nuu- ni- Fred
Am I the only one who got this?
Btw Ma name Jeff
amal zuhair had to listen a couple times but i got there
Ok muslim..spare me pls
Gwarf....Gwife....Nhai! What a strange, nut-ball name you have Gwai!
Who are these other people? There's Nuni, Nuni, Nuni, and Jerf.
xskugga like Jerf Gweldblurm.
My headcanoon is that they aren't even from Europe. They're just really hipster-y art dealers from the Upper East Side
Idk they seem like Belgians to me
Great idea. And they passed on their weird accent to their daughter. In school, she would melt teachers' hearts. Despite her obvious accent; The girl insisted that her parents are born americans. Now that, is patriotism.
If only they knew Nunni was born in Queens and Nünni was born in Oklahoma.
@@zandaroos553Swedes, Danes, Finns, with a touch of southern German (a hybrid) 4S!
I will always love Natalie Portman!
3 years later...just asking, you still love her?
@@raisingbarssince1978Always means always ;)

“Where’s the little boys room?” *she leads him to a room with little boys in it*
Mark Streahle 😂😂😂😂
I saw the Susan and Greg episode ages ago but I've only just found this. Natalie Portman is friggin' hilarious and her expressions and gestures behind that lens broke my universe.
‘Alright, bye Groof’
‘Bye Charland’
😂
Hahaha! 😅
As an art school drop out....holy shit this hits close to home ...like not everything has to be so different to prove you're unique!!! Jesus lol
“Who wants melded ize cream?” 🤣
My all-time favorite sketch ever
“Bye Groof”
“Bye Trahlent.”
The Nuni skits will forever be my all time favorites.
This sketch was 12 years ahead. I've never seen a single thing that so accurately hits every single aspect of my sense of humor. It's been so warped by the nihilism of everyday life that this is the only thing I find funny any more.
Like Gwef Goldblum!
Uhhh, so this is edna's family from the incredibles XD
imagine this was the only proof that humans existed :)
isn't it already how we see ancient Egyptians👀💀
Natalie's voice breaking when try to pronounce 'Jeff' keeps me coming back to this video often lol
Wow, I never realized how hilarious Natalie Portman is! She did an amazing job with this sketch, AND she kept it together the whole time - I’d never be able to stop laughing !
I miss the art dealers :D I LOVE SNL
When is this going to be a movie?
The art dealers are my favourite SNL characters ever! Love all their skits
Everyone in my family calls my brother ‘Gwarf’ because of this.
david martinez as they should
I thought it was a new one, was surprised to see Maya and Fred.
Hodor the thumbnail says SNL vintage along with Jason Sudeikis in the picture who no longer works there. Also, Natalie Portman is back till this upcoming Saturday
I didn't notice that, hence the surprise. And yes I know she is going to be the guest this week, which was also the reason I thought it was some new clip.
Was fooled as well
Is that a Tommy Wiseau accent?
Tommy Wiseau accent is most likely Polish
Richard Thompson no It is is the accent of a dying giraffe
Werner Von Braun
I doubt the Polish would agree
we disagree completely
😂😂 everything is not related to Tommy wiseau
Bingeing the art dealers in 2020, still one of my fave recurring sketches. I would love to be a production designer for these characters, creating that insane furniture seems like it would be fun for the crew.
Such great parodies of the art world
It’s especially impressive considering the art department only gets like 3 days max to build all the sets and props.
The scary thing is, there are probably some people are like that.
Honestly I don't really care since they're not hurting anyone. I'm more concerned about other things lol
Specifically art school
Cecelia Black well aren't you superior
oh I really hoap so, the Gwörfn guy was so charming!!! more lovely humans shoult kamm to Berlin! nice pleasure!
What I just watch cannot be unwatched
Chris Parnell as Tiato makes this sketch every time. So underrated
“please, Loerf... “
omg, dying here.
"My cousin turns three in two more years, TEEHEE!"
I don't get the joke would you mind explaining it loool
Maximilian Lopez it’s not really a joke. He just always says random things in this sketch lol
@@maximilianlopez7146 I think the joke is that people in the art world are weird and say and think randomly. Reminds me of whenever they have Kristen Wiig do Bjork on SNL. The quirky hipster artist weird.
Nuni and Nuni was always my favorite recurring sketch. I wish they had more of them on CZcams.
This will always be one of my favorite skits.
What I imagine like would be like if Bjork was your parents or you dated her daughter.
Best part is Netalee yelling through the magnifying glass🤣😆
I don't know how they can keep a straight face 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👌👌👌👌
3:00 Fred breaking the character is everything.
they NEED to bring back the art dealers, this is so classic
Jason Sudeikis is one of the best!
If I saw this live I woulda been dying of laughter the whole time🤣🤣
I love Fred Armisen😂 been watching Portlandia. He’s such a diverse actor.
He's one of the best.
Omg Jason looks so cute here 😭
Natalie did so well! I'm now obsessed with these
LOL ... Blowing Ice cream into my mouth
Fadil Iqbal *melted
After, they did retire to the hearth room where they watched 'Sprockets' on the family pictorial vision tube.
Ahhhhhh, Sprockets. Nice.
2:29 her voice crack is on point and makes me laugh EVERY. TIME. ahahha
How conservatives imagine all Democrats
Are they wrong though?
The way both conservatives and liberals see each other is proof that both groups are the most subjective thinking jackasses on the planet. I know "objective thought" is a big word for those who "vote blue no matter who" or "vote red till I'm dead" , but they are worse than religious fanatics, and that is terrible.
@@Darthtard9 yes. these are fictional rich people written to be bizarre. They are nice in their way.

"Gerrff! Gwarr"

So sad. We all hope you find your other half!

Natalie's magnified face is so funny. 😂
The way Maya's eyes dart after she says "...from the bottom of a gorilla shower, silly!" kills me
She looks like Keira knightly here
She always looks like Kiera Knightly to me haha
asdabir yes, it took me awhile too
keira wishes
Fun fact: Knightly was in The Phantom Menace with Portman, she played Amidala's decoy.
They always looked similar. Even as teens
4:06, thank you Natalie :)
Anything that makes me confused af, made me laugh all the time and felt like i was in a fever dream is a yes for me.
I've watched this skit several times throughout the years and just now realizing, why is there a flusher handle on the portable toilet
They're weird but they were actually very hospitable towards him and did their best to make him feel welcome.
Maya Rudolph is such a natural, i love her!
I adore these sketches because it's so nuts but at the same time it's juuuust on that edge where you can almost believe you might meet people who acted this way.
This is hilarious. One of the best i've ever seen from SNL.
I dunno seems pretty normal to me.
californiahummus you from America as well?
Banana and clam? What a treat!
I mean I love how loving they are, like they have a great family dynamic
