I liked your comment because I couldn't do one muscle up either but I finally got it. It's really a matter of explosiveness while having an extremely good coordination + a push (dip). You'll get it!
Make some goals: Try and get 8 pull ups, 8 dips, 8 negative muscle ups, L Sit for 15 seconds and do those for 3 sets. Once you can do that effortlessly, buy a green resistance band and do assisted muscle ups just to get the technique and transition ingrained into your muscle memory, then you should be able to do at least a few unassisted kipping muscle ups.
3 pac I can't even do a high pull up but I can do muscle ups ,u have to work on the muscle up technic ,if u can do high pull ups you will get the muscle ups at max 3 weeks ,promise ,just work on the technic Momentum + kipping + pull + turnnig the grip ,so u will get it good luck ;)
I got my first muscle up a week ago @240 pounds and I am now working on explosive pull-ups to get a clean one. I'm not saying I'm better than you. I'm saying I want you to keep at it.

Keep trying, try to rep out the kipping ones first. Then get to strict ones. You'll build up endurance and strength.
I first muscle up is almost strict, im surprised im strong enough up the techneque is even more important

I Can do 11 kipping muscle Ups. Have not gotten a fully strict one yet. But I have only been training muscle Ups for 18 days so idk
