  • Hello everyone, Happy Sunday!
    This weeks video is a look at what I'm eating in a day at the moment just to get myself back on track post Christmas! Keeping it super healthy, high protein, fat and lower carb as usual to help with my PCOS. I also filmed my whole leg workout for you all so let me know if you try it out!!
    Also if you notice I forgot to fake tan my hands...no you didn't....

    Loved watching this to motivate me to do a leg day tomorrow! I'm finding it so hard getting up early atm :((( but yeah I only just started squatting without shoes and its a game changer! feel way more in control and balanced!

    Me and my boyfriend love your recipes! I’ve been using them since the new year for my calorie deficit. They are so simple and easy to create, very tasty and is helping me massively getting back into calorie counting ☺️

    I've always known about shreddy and i've always thought I should do it but when I saw you were one of the challengers it gave me the push to do it! Lacking motivation atm so my aim is to have it together for the start of the challenge. (If you could do a couple of the home ones as well as the gym ones that would be appreciated please!) Thanks 💚

    So helpful! Thankyou. A question - if I’m in a calorie deficit trying to lose fat, how important is it to not go over my carb macros even if I’m in a deficit? X

      Hi lovely so calories are king! If your macros are off it doesn't matter too much. The main thing is the calories xx

    Hi ! I’m trying to lose body fat but also gain muscle (mainly in my glutes) at the moment and I’m confused what sort of diet I should be doing . Is it still possible to be eating in a calorie deficit to lose but also increasing muscle mass ? Thanks
