- Hello everyone, Happy Sunday!
This weeks video is a look at what I'm eating in a day at the moment just to get myself back on track post Christmas! Keeping it super healthy, high protein, fat and lower carb as usual to help with my PCOS. I also filmed my whole leg workout for you all so let me know if you try it out!!

I've always known about shreddy and i've always thought I should do it but when I saw you were one of the challengers it gave me the push to do it! Hi lovely so calories are king! If your macros are off it doesn't matter too much. The main thing is the calories xx

Hi ! I’m trying to lose body fat but also gain muscle (mainly in my glutes) at the moment and I’m confused what sort of diet I should be doing . Is it still possible to be eating in a calorie deficit to lose but also increasing muscle mass ? Thanks
