This week's upload is a 'What I Eat in a Day' but packed out with lots of chats covering Shreddy, my current progress, my current diet structure and what I am eating to manage my PCOS.

Just showing you I'm still eating lots of good food and managing to reach my fitness goals, I am so proud of my progress through Shreddy and this dieting stage so far, bring on the next four weeks.

its wild to me that this is a diet phase it seems very normal in terms of food incorporated, its great you found a balance that works for you. the key to health is moderation or something like that
I get exactly what you mean with the going to the gym and then back at like 11/12 and feeling the day has gone too fast! I need to try get up early I find it so hard tho!
Omg u described exactly how I felt about the workouts , I want to be more sweaty and mix weights with cardio! I don’t feel sweaty with weights rlly and I don’t enjoy it as much anymore so I want to start endurance style workouts

What headphones do you have? Looking for wireless ones to use at the gym, but don't like the tiny buds because I will definitely lose them!

You would need to go to your primary care provider and go from there. I have PCOS and wasn't aware until I went in and saw a doctor.
Yeah I went to my GP to inquire about PCOS because my period hadn't returned a year after coming off the pill (also after some light research other symptoms matched up). I got blood tests done and it showed a hormone imbalance and the rest is history
If you have pcos you shouldn’t have white bread or bacon because it’s red meats and you shouldn’t be having red meats. I have pcos and I’m 16 and I’ve been doing so much research please do some more research
