    Day 30: my upper thighs are toned now. I have a thigh gap!!! I have never had one before, now I can insert my hand in between my thighs. This workout has not let me down at all.❤❤❤

      hy, i have a question.....
      did you have saddle bags? if yes does this exercise helped to reduce it?

      @@mandeepkaur-vl5nu Hey! I did have some, but this workout isn’t for the outer thigh. But if you are looking to slim down the sides of your hips I would recommend a Shirlyn Kim leg slimming workout! She has helped me lose so much weight and I would definitely recommend her 100%!!     Day 4: I’ve never had thigh muscles but I’m finally able to flex and see sort of a line. I am shocked 😅😅 this works!!! I will continue to define my inner thigh muscle thank you so much ❤❤❤❤

      Not around your thighs, it toned the fat I had in my inner thighs, so my fat was replaced with muscle I guess you can say that

      I, being a skinny girl who is trying all ways to get bigger thighs don't think this would help your thighs get bigger cuz i just tried it and i don't think it is intense compared to the other videos I've tried which have actually helped me gain weight.
