After the loss of my father I threw myself into heavy cardio for about a year - I lost my period in the process. I swapped it for your videos because they are both challenging for somebody working out for many years, yet relaxing at the same time. I have my period back just weeks after AND I feel amazing all day after your classes. Thank you so much!!

Took me almost an hour to do this workout after adding mini breaks but I did it and am so proud of myself.
After decades of aerobic practice, I'll just say it's very rare to come across an instructor who is imaginative enough to avoid repetition in the selection and ordering of moves/exercises. Nicole is one of them! And more, Nicole, you've got it all - from your soothing voice to an excellent workout pace. Very impressive!

I'm glad no one was around to see me do the seal pose....I definitely tried but its safe to say that was the least graceful thing i've ever done. I'm interested to see how I progress!!

I've been doing workouts at home for years, no jokes here, my glutes after 2 months are firmer 😂. My legs too. And never ever had a back or neck pain. My doctor suggested that I should be doing pilates for my back hernia. You have no idea what kind of changes I've seen on my body. My muscles are tightened. Nicole I just want to thank you for your work..

I'm amazed by the gradual increase in strength that comes with doing these workouts consistently. I've been doing Nicole's workouts just two or three times per week for the past several months and really feel the difference in both swimming and yoga. In fact, my yoga teacher commented that I look stronger to her. Pilates is a fascinating science.

Nicole, you've been a lifesaver. I was an avid runner and hiker who fell and tore her ATFL pretty badly late last summer. I'm still struggling to recover, after 6 months of PT and continuing with small interval jogs. In PT I learned that I needed to work on hip/glute/core strength and I've been rotating about 7 of your videos which have helped immensely, even with limited plantar flexion.
Would you be able to put together a playlist of existing videos that aren't weight-bearing or do a separate non-weight-bearing Pilates workout? I sometimes have to modify here and there or leave out part of a series when there's intense plantar flexion or weight on ankles/balls of feet...this has been such a slow process from crutches to boot to now. You are the first CZcams workout creator that hasn't annoyed me to the point of frustration with fake positivity and terrible music. I am hooked on your workouts. I appreciate you SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

I live Nicole's videos for the variety, challenge and her detailed instructions, making sure you are doing the exercises correctly and as best you can. My abs were really engaged, then my glutes were on FIRE during the glutes session on all fours, then my legs & thighs suffered during the thigh exercises on our sides - absolutely LOVED this session! i tried switching to in person pilates classes for awhile thinking it wold be nice to transition to something with even more personalized instruction so I dont risk injuring myself, and I realized they were far less instructive about proper form than you are! you provide such thorough notes on form and positioning that I really think ill only ever watch your videos, they are so perfect and awesome and you are the best ever!
I can literally send u before and after pictures of how my body is changing with these exercises. Love it.

I stopped doing rhytmics gymnastic & ballet and tried a lot of things in the past 3 years then I luckily found you! I really struggled with working out by myself and trying to find a new sport that makes me happy but then i got one of your videos popping up in my recommendations and since that video, since that day i do at least one of your workouts every day beacuse it makes me so so happy i can't describe.
