For almost 6 months I have been following Nicole's pilates videos, alongside swimming twice a week and I've lost 19kg. Absolutely credit my ability to maintain a healthier diet to finding how much I enjoy pilates and combining it with swimming. All of the videos are instructed so well I can just listen along if using my phone to watch and know exactly what to do, without fully watching. This is one of my favourite full body workouts!

I've been doing Nicole's workouts for 16 months, 5 days a week. I usually don't have time for this 50 minute session, but it is one of her best and hardest! I'm working today (Christmas, nurse) and this was the perfect way to start my day- taking care of myself, and feeling grateful for so many positive changes in my life. ❤
This was a killer workout. But Nicole is so relaxing to listen to so it isn’t stressful.
I really appreciate when someone teaches a fitness class that is TOUGH but is so peaceful while doing it. Sometimes it’s a little much to have all the peppy hype that other fitness people do.

Nicole is an amazing instructor. She has a soothing and calming voice. She also gives very good instructions with each exercise. I especially like how she reminds you to breathe properly.

One of my favorite Pilates instructor on this platform. She has a wonderful ballet background that enables her to cue the body. Not easy to do on an online platform. She’s fully aware of modifying the moves keeping each of her classes fun and challenging.

LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!! I just started Pilates a few weeks ago and I absolutely love your classes, they are effective and enjoyable! I don’t have to force myself to work out, I’m looking forward to it! I agree with comments about nutrition, would love to know what you eat before/after a workout, and how many times a week do you suggest exercising. I look forward to do the stretch workout, I’m not flexible at all, but I hope to improve that with your workouts☺️
