Can you measure the magneto control rod, distance between end of plastic piece to plastic piece? Mine broke off and what to know where about to set it again. Thanks!
They are exactly the same.For a few years yamaha made mariners.I have a 40 and a 25 yamaha mariner.Mechanic at boat store said they still havnt made a better motor..Keep it man.
@@daveyboy8907 Thanks! Does the magnetto lever attached to the stator move back and forth with rpms? Mine appears to be stuck. Don't understand why.. Bad stator? Maybe I need a new magnetto lever?
