      First step 14ft/lbs, 2nd step 27ft/lbs.

    Interesting how times change on instructuonal videos. Now you are totally discouraged from ever using your bare hands when rebuilding, especially when it comes to commercial duty engines that will run for extended intervals. I am told that the areas you touch with your hands will get corrosion quicker after assembly.
    Probably they will say that is all garbage in a few more years.
