Improve Your LEGATO With This Effective Warmup

A simple concept that has many possible applications! I use this lick to warmup the fretting hand, but it can also be expanded into licks and phrases. A great way to get every finger involved and in shape!

With a lick like this, you can use whatever picking you feel comfortable! I generally use all downstrokes for this particular example ;)
