I'm so glad you made this video because that part of what i was already doing; I push myself ro my top speed ability, and then when i meet my ceiling,i slowed back down to fix the issue, then pushed myself up again, and repeat the process... Thanks Kelly!!

It's crazy, this was the exact same technique my Kung Fu master tough me in order to kick as fast as I could and as precise as it needed to be
