The Element rifle because it seems to be the survivalist dream; very light, precision of bolt action, and with an air tank that it is said can be filled with a hand pump. Nver had a PCP gun so your reviews are very helpful before I buy, the HPSS PLUS .30 is definitely one of them and probably the Element for pack carry.🤠

That’s an excellent pistol I have the 25 with the smaller tank I haven’t shot it I’m waiting for my compressor but I know that my next one will be this with the 300 tank Happy Shooting They say I only needed two pieces for the moderator FL and a half inch adapter and then the Donny fl will screw right on I’m hoping they’re right on my next purchase Obviously by looking at the video it shouldn’t be a big problem nothing is cheap these days I’ll be looking forward to giving you a call out there This little SS will come in handy State Forests Any crazy critters sneaking up on me This is my first pump gun I like how it’s compact only 20 inches so it does not attract much attention throw it right in your backpack the other ones 22 23 inches with pretty much the same velocity for more money
My assassin shoots all over the place speed wise. At 3200 fill the speeds range from 715-585 fps on most 9 shot mags. I'm taking it to the range next week to sight it in then I'll post again.
I am not sure that this is good for home defense because the magazine is spring loaded and if you leave it loaded for long periods of time the spring might weaken resulting in jamming. The HW44 has a very nice magazine for that purpose, but lacks the power levels of the HPSS. The Olight is perfect! What is the model? Thanks.

Thinking about whether can do some backyard plinking without alarming the neighbors.
I’m not sure how far down it would go. Maybe half power, enough to keep the semi auto mechanics working. You can always put a DonnyFL moderator on it to quiet it down.
I recently purchased this gun. I'm having problems with my pellets jamming. I'm using the 48.8 hatsan vortex and the don't chamber well at all, to tight. And I've tried the fx 46 grain slugs they center jam. I've oiled and lubed and it keeps happening. Is there a pellet that this gun actually like? I'm sure it's a common question 🙄 Btw great job with your channel. You're the reason I'm shooting AEA.
You want to find the right size pellets/slugs that fit snug into your magazine, because if there's any room for them to fall forward or backwards in the magazine then they'll get jammed either in the front or back hole in your magazine, hope that helps👍

Polished the hammer slide. Made sure power wheel opening was positioned to allow as much air in as possible. Lubed the piston/barrel area and connecting rod travel areas.
Any .30 cal with under 100 FPE drops like a damn rock past 50 yards. 53 FPE? That's just way to weak for a .30. I don't even like shooting a .25 under 50 FPE.

Hey hey hows it going? The only scope I’ve mounted on any HPSS has been my Lebo 3-12x40, its a litttle smaller and works well. Red dot works well too.

I turned mine down and got 350 fps on low power with the 49 grain Neilson slugs and 689-721 fps at max power.

What mods did you do to get over 50ft/lbs energy? Other reviews I'm seeing 47-48 ft/lbs of energy out of the .30 cal SS+
Silicone grease every now and then the bolt and in effect the o’ring in the back of the barrel. Lube the mags and connecting rod, piston and barrel
How does the tatsu compare to the tanto? I have the tanto, but aesthetically would prefer something thicker.
They work about the same. The Sumo is quieter

It would not be strong enough to out down a mountain lion, but also mountain lions dont attack from the front.
