some of my buddies said they don't like the map- but they don't do movement tech so it adds up in my mind 😂
15:50 Im so glad you spotted it too- I used this so many times and no one suspects it even right under their chin.
The reason people hate the new map is because it heavily encourages the entire team to camp inside of the skull with wattson/rampart etc.
Half of the rounds I play I'm just forced to fight people camping in skull because there's literally nobody anywhere else, which makes doing movement super useless. If they fix that by giving the skull less cover, the map would be a thousand times better.
@@lowkey_IokiYES me and my sister were playing and the whole team just camped with wattson, caustic and fuse they just kept killing anyone and everyone coming up it was so annoying
@@lowkey_Iokiare you on pc? Climb the sites indstead of ziplining into fences, then mantlejump over any obstacle (fences, gas) 98% don’t know what to do, if you get past their “wall”
@@NarutoKing1520 usually if you can’t hit or take anyone out, you are still taking the heat of your teammates, I not telling you, you are wrong, but with just 1 coordinated teammate, you can easily take that spot for yourself, just my thought

Now that Horizon and Octane pad interaction is fixed, you should now be able to add airstrafing to that part to gain meaningful distance.

First climbing route def is a game changer, since I'd need see myself or other people wallbounce off the door or superglide off the door to get to the zipline, so skipping the zipline entirely is really helpful. Thanks!

Yea, i noticed that on large vertical doors, especially on world's edge. I used to use the doors to take height by the POI across from Lava syphon. It used to be possible to climb the door while opening it up (door moves up so you can climb the roof) but not it cancels your climb and knocks you off.

You can also mantle jump off the surrounding walls on top of the middle zip inside the skull.
So instead of mantling the ledge, you can go up a little higher and open up two more routes off the zip. Just be careful not to do the top-most part of the wall because then you'll bonk the ceiling and lose all your momentum lol.

I was wondering what skills does this explosive damage perk counters, I only thought about Fusey's one because legends call out "grenade" when it's near, and I didn't even think that perk would reduce damage of rockets and even ults!

I never really used snuggle bouncing but it seems like a fun tech to learn like mantle jumping. Shame something accessible was removed for a game known for its stellar movement. Reminded me of when "meleeing the ground"-boost was taken away some seasons ago...

15:10 you can also mantle jump against the right side wall, while looking down (it doesn't work if you do it looking up!), but i didn't try getting anywhere from there, however, maybe you can reach the building to the left?
To make that mantle jump at 15:16, you need to be slightly more to the right when contacting the box. It's a bit finicky.
Is no one gonna talk about how Mokey opened the doors to another clip entirely. The subtle editing is fine as hell x')

Hi Mokey, question, for the apex rollouts are movement clips the only clips desired? I have a couple once in a lifetime moments that had the grace of featuring on one other channel but other than its hidden platinum instead of hidden gold

I think you may have a wrong fact about Rampart here, her upgrade increases how fast she can strafe left to right when actually aiming/ramping up Sheila!
Just a slight correction to Rampart at 10:08. It DOES increase movement speed while the minigun is spun up, but not while it's simply being held.
Ok, wait a sec. I’m pretty sure rampart’s handling speed perk increases your revved up movement speed (how fast she waddles when Sheila is fully ready to fire). Tested it with a friend back in the beginning of the season and I am confident this is the case.
You are correct. It does increase movement speed while it's spun up and I have also confirmed this.
You can glitch path finders grapple cause it to jitter and the time only gets 7 seconds instead of a long pull

Is it only me or lurch strafe and tap strafe let you more momentum than before? Like I can easily do stuffs I was struggling to do before s20
I have a question about the superglide trainer mokey. Any solution on how to make my controller paddles getting recognized as inputs? I cant use it to learn superglides better with the paddles, as they dont get used as an input. Sony dualedge for information. I bet there is a lot that can't use it because of that issue, I can superglide but want it even more consistent.
pretty sure that rampart DOES benefit in her strafe speed
Tactical Refresh on knock is so situational as in most lobbies you will immediately get beamed if you try to grapple into a fight, grappling into a fight opens you up to get chipped which is an immediate loss to whoever you fight.
Tbh all of this just seems like stuff that'll only effect low level lobbies, and minimally effect any skill level above that. Respawn needs to put effort into fixing the matchmaking and making playing the game solo enjoyable for people who are not sweatlords.
Hey mokey, since you made a super glide trainer can you make a tap strafe trainer. Im trying to learn the neo strafe vut cant really get the timing down
Xylas has a pretty good video on the strafes with a practice section where you go through the timings with him half speed and full speed

Heya Mokey just wanted to point out that the Sheila Handling Perk does in fact affect her movement speed when using it. When revved up her normal velocity is 69.40 whilst with the perk it is 104.10. Love you bye.
One thing I learned about grav cannons.. you can't get shot onto the roof on Storm Catcher anymore.. 😢 *"unless I did it wrong, but I tried like 3 times"*

One thing you forgot about revenant, refreshing dash on knock is good but also useless when you're already in your ult which already does that. I really hope they completly change both perks on purple shield. I dont get why there is no ult Perk at all instead.

When I would use Gibraltar previously I would notice the screen shake, now it feels more smooth not sure how having steps at a faster rate affects it but it feels smoother to me, and you can see in the comparison on the left side of the screen at the edge of the track, before the update it has some minimal shake and after the update it's smoother... It's a shame they removed snuggle bounce, why do they keep doing this to us?

biggest and best update so far is the "play again" button at the end of the match. it only took them 5 years. and only on the one LTM mode. 10/10 apex -IGN

Thunderdome is such a fun map for TDM but i hate how 90% of the fight is funneled in the top mid. The other part of the map is so much fun and has alot of creativity for gunfighs
