do you know if it helps with paket loss? Everyone I know who uses Telekom in Germany has problems w loss in apex. But ExitLag fixes it for me most of the time, ig its the same as a VPN.

das problem liegt an dem isp, in dem fall meistens an der telekom.
wenn du einen vpn nutzt, steigst du trzdm deine ping zeiten enorm! was meiner meinung nach nicht die endlösung für dasa problem sein kann.
du kannst eine lokale firewall regel in deinem windows erstellen. Ich selber habe zb sehr häufig die probleme das ich packet loss habe.
es ist völlig random. wie du schon sagst, es ist ein routing problem vom isp zu den servern von ea/apex.
wenn du einfach die ip adressen in der lokalen fw blockst, bekommst du einen timeout und wirst nicht auf den verlaggten server gejoint.
beachte jedoch das jeder dies aus deiner freundesliste tun muss. sonst joinen deine mates oder sonst wer alleine in das match.
eine liste von "verseuchten" ip addressen bekommt man ausem internet.
falls du noch rückfragen hast, meld dich einfach gerne. ich kann dir sagen dieses problem haben tausende von apex spielern in deutschland und ich finde das dieses prob sollte so langsam mal angesprochen werden...
ich hoffe du liest das und ich kann einigen anderen helfen. vlt übersetzt es ja jemand mal noch in englisch

Yes but also the code EladNLG dug up and him explaining it to me also really helped to confirm and sort my findings into something i can break down to the audience. That was one of the major reasons the guide got delayed by another week.
@@Mokeysniperbased on what I can tell from reading the code, it seems to work but setting your velocity vector to the calculated value, rather than adding to your current velocity. What I think this means is that if you are able to get an additive boost, like a grenade, after you've started the pounce then that would lead to a giga pounce. Basically instead of nade boosting and then using the pounce, you'd have to pounce into a grenade just as it explodes

Rev's passive makes normal walljumps impossible due to the increased stickiness.

mokey did say here the passive need forward input (which i don't know) so i think it's shouldn't be a problem
@@Rice--0 Mokey mentions wallrun they probably meant wallbounce which you get from slide jumping or fatigue jumping into a wall followed by a jump input. On rev, your wallbounce distance is much shorter than every other legend in the game, if I am not wrong Mokey has mentioned this on his wallbounce video.

This is actually consistent with how Vantage tactical work. As long as you have started the jump and have clear sight of Echo, you will just move around any obstacles, to a sensible degree. Which is kina wacky at times, if you hit your head on something or there are pipes in the way. Due to an upward arche of a tactical, you just wobble your way through, untill you either reach maximum air time and just flop (when you get caught on something) or reach Echo through obstacles.
Always appreciate the work put in by you and the movement community

-Geyser rock tech that flings you.
-Getting punched, either before or during a pounce.
-The little change in frametime you get when a loot bin opens under you.
-Ping, loss/choke.

I think it's him. If you haven't seen em you should check out some of his old grapple compilations. He's got some where he transitions from Apex to TF2 and back so smoothly you almost don't notice till it's already happened.

Wow. 1k hours in this game split between Rev and Octane and I am just now finding out that Rev has a re-attachment floor. Amazing stuff, really awesome to get an in-depth look at how the passive works.
I have a feeling that revenants tactical can help you redirect off the gravity cannons again, i feel like if they do bring stormpoint back in rotation they might tweak it so you can redirect but have a shorter distance or sometbing like that.

I know the jump pad can make for some wild slings. Can actually cross the entire firing range if you get it just right.

Even though being in ultimate does reduce the timing. One thing I believe they should add is the variable cooldown to Revenant's tactical, similar to Pathfinder's. I was quite surprised they didn't at launch.
