Another great video and very informative. I carry a pair of loop earplugs that are 18 DB with an extra five DB mute that you can put on, but I am having a pair made by the audiologist. Just takes a very long time here.

I use Minerva custom -18 earplugs, but I’m unable to sing with them in. I’m impressed that you have trained your brain to deal with occlusion, I’ll keep trying . I recently bought some AirPod Pro 2’s and I’m experimenting with the “adaptive transparency” mode. It’s early days, but I have found them helpful when I’m out walking, as they do react to sudden loud noises. Thanks for all the advice Jack, keep it coming 🙂.
