Eddie Guerrero's smirk was like letting the audience in on an inside joke. That's why we will never forget him.
HHH also did that in 02 with the Vow Renewal to Stephanie, Stephanie's real pregnancy in 06, and playing around in Sept-Dec 07 with the fans about their real marriage during the McMahon Hornswoggle sibling drama.
Who? lol
Lie cheat steal
Who’s Eddie Guerrero?
@@ImHere2OffendU Latino Heat
Eddie and Ric were in undefined air as entertainers... Two of the BEST PERIOD!!! RIP Latino Heat
Agreed 😂
They both transcended heel/face
"in undefined air" The fuck? That's some Bone-Apple-Tea shit right there, homie. Do you mean "rarefied air"? 😂
"They're so good we can't even define the air around them!" hahaha
67yhhx
No one will ever top Ric Flair for theatrics. He made you know that wrestling was sport AND entertainment. Whether it was in the ring, or doing promos, he was the best.
Rick Flair is who really paved the way. No Flair, no Hogan.
Unpopular take, the Flair flop is awful.
Never saw his stuff but check it out. All moves were offensive, his was the only defensive move
Nah flair flop was often poorly done because he would jump instead of toppling over
him an macho man, boy the promos he cut were the best.
I will never get tired of the flair flop it’s too damn hilarious 😂
He be good for a good 3 steps and its over with 😆
Have you seen Carlito shaking faint.
hahahahahahaha that tag in but flop
That Flair flop never gets old, it keeps me WHEEZING every time he does that!🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
I like how eddies smile is what gets the crowd amped up, not very many people has that much charisma where a slight grin can make a pop like that
IDK if it's so much his Charisma which Eddie absolutely had. But the fact that of my God he's gonna try to screw his opponent. The funniest ones are with Rey Mysterio when he would turn it around on Eddie. OMG I'm cracking up just thinking about it.
Flair also had an underrated signature move. He would get thrown to the corner and flip over the top turnbuckle then go on the top rope AND ALWAYS got thrown off. It was so awesome
He was real smooth with it
Don't often see it imitated, even today.
Actually the one time he hit that was against Harley Race to win the title, so for all those years Ric was just hell bent on reliving his best moment and always getting thwarted, (he also was finally successful in hitting it against Shawn Michaels in the retirement match)
also the get on knees and beg into eye poke was always funny
Shawn Michaels did it as well.
The Flair Flop is hilarious...never gets old 🤣🤣
Did you hear the commentators, after a chop Flair has had enough then he falls😂😂😂😂
I love that Chris would play along with flair after a chop across the chest
Benoit is legendary his wrestling career was goat
Chris benoit has to be a top 10 wrestler of all time
Yea. I'll always miss seeing Chris. And then eddies cheating thing is my next favorite. When he'd toss a chair or whatever to opponent and just fall down like we hurt was so hilarious 😂😆
Not to mention Benoit's throat slit taunt was also great at hyping the crowd.
That chop of his was savage as fuck.
Undertaker’s signature cut throat. You knew a tombstone piledriver was coming
As well as the Sit Up! I still do that lol
Benoit did it too.
@@Speedyreedy1218 yes but his was more swift. Undertaker did it slowly but the impact was felt
@@mahmoud6843 Yes. Undertaker's Character made sense to go slower.
That man has SEVERAL signature moves. Ropewalk, Chokeslam, Tombstone, Last Ride, Hell's Gates (gogoplata), cut throat, rise from the dead.
Flair's Strut before applying the Figure Four was brilliant.
Im 40 now and seeing the "Get The Tables" taunt still gives me chills, always loved the Dudleys.
I always laugh at the Flair Flop. No matter how or when he does it, it is truly very enjoyable. Especially between 10:37-10:40....... Long stare..... And...... flop
man, that tag in...flop
definitely think DDPs signal for the diamond cutter deserves a mention, it was so popular that you'd see football players and basketball players do it... granted 95% of the time DDP did the sign for the diamond cutter, he was end up getting beat down for a while then he'd hit it out of nowhere instead, but was still a cool taunt.
Yes where is that on this list. DDP diamond cutter was huge.
And he trademarked it.
I came here to talk about DDP.
When he was early in his career it was ok, as he got better especially once Scott hall came back. That was THE move.
The Diamond Cutter hand signal was good, but I can't see it anymore without thinking of the scene in Ready to Rumble when he got told "A diamond upside down is a pussy"
@@mikefelty2625 A lesson Ronaldinho took to his playbook
I love using Austin’s middle finger taunt, I used it when I was little and I still use it to this day, it’s helpful and handy to this day!!!!
Here's a present for ya. 🖕
Oh hell yeah!
I know, man! I saw my friend get his ass beat because he used it on the wrong kind of guy.
Bray Wyatt's reverse crab walk always gets a "HOLY SHIT! WTF!?!" reaction 🤣
i think with it is cause its someone his size doing it. Normal its a small er skinny flexible type. Something about a bigger guy doing it just catches you of guard everytime.
@@RickyT15 that and it's always surprisingly sudden! And always with that crazy ass bug-eyed smile on his face! Like he just got possessed by a demon, and the demon is happy to be here! And then there's this sort of "tuning the band" moment just before where hell rush to a corner running his hands through his hair and frantically tapping his toes in the ground like he's having a mental break then BAM! HERE COMES SISTER ABIGAIL! HERE COMES THE FIEND! HERE COMES THE EATER OF WORLDS! I love that shit, man🤣
Unfortunately, it will not anymore. Bray Wyatt passed away August 24th, 2023 from a heart attack
@@RejectedSpiritX believe me, I know. That void in pro wrestling has been felt ever since.
@@keithhightower646 the documentary will tear your heart out.
Rock's feet shuffle before Rock Bottom and the Elbow pads during the people's elbow.
Taker and Benoit finger to the neck.
Batista's rope shake.
Still using these taunts when playing WWE2K before finishers too.
and taker and kanes sit ups. same
Can't forget hogans finger point and YOU! while hulking up
czcams.com/users/shortspuJc9VH7dNA?feature=share
RVD before the five star frog splash
The Elbow pads were in part one.
The Flair Flop is legendary
Legendarily stupid.
There was a wrestler who did it before him.
To this day it's hard for me to watch anything with Eddie. RIP to a legend taken from the world too soon.
You ain't lying. Bro God take the best for his entertainment.
Yep, he's definitely a character. Rip Latino Heat
Nigga it's not that deep
That is why Flair was the best. His flop is iconic and can never be done as well. It was hilarious 😂 😃 😄
Except when Eugene did it. He mimicked Ric Flair better than Ric Flair according to King.
Triple H did it once too was pretty fucking hilarious
Chri's chops were brutal
Remember that one time Randy dislocated his arm hitting the mat for the RKO
Or the time Shawn blew his knees doing a kip-up!
I loved Too Cool back in the day. Scotty too Hotty and Grand Master Sexy were an entertaining duo. The crowd popped for them, and those pops were quite big before their end. Hell, they even got Rakishi, one of the biggest guys back in the day on it, and the crowd ate that shit up! Miss the late 90s and early 2000s or wrestling, the attitude era was simply the best!
10:39
The buildup was so great and then just drops 😂 god I love Flair
When Earthquake set up for his finisher how he used to stomp around his opponent first was very memorable also.
HBK is so good. Works with the move and literally sets it up perfect
The Rock " Just bring it" was so cool.
Obviously with a top 10, some will be left out. My honorable mentions would be:
1) Mankind when he reached into his trunks and pulled out Mr Socko. You knew his opponent was about to taste defeat...literally.
2) Rakishi, whenever an opponent fell prone in the corner, and he would glance back with a knowing look, before delivering the stinkface.
Of the ones you did include, Edge and Orton hold my top spots.
Kane and Undertaker holding their hand up before the Choke slam... Hulk Hogan's Hulk out shaking while eating punches from his opponent.. Hacksaw Jim Duggans "HOOOOOOO" had us doing that shit in the school Hallways mad loud 😂😂
Let's be honest. The majority of us listened to our parents about not using the middle finger... Until Stone Cold made it cool.
It was pretty much a friendly salute at my high school.
This is so true
Man I still miss Eddie R.I.P Latino heat
D lo's move was cool too
The attitude era had soo many great moves.
The one taunt that hurts every time we try it…yet every time you did, you can bet that everyone recognizes that they’re dealing with the Real Deal now!! 😎😎
WWE today really s*cks compared to the attitude era.
This is my favorite collection of Wrestlers Having Fun and for the Audience who LOVES them all.
The Flair Flop so ENTERTAINING!
And I love when he chases the refs before The Flop.
I remember being hyped for Jake “The Snake” Roberts when he whirled his finger in the air to signify he was about to break someone’s face with his “patented” DDT.
Or when Hacksaw Jim Duggan yelled “HOOOOOOOOO!!!!”
Or JYD on the mat barking at his opponents.
Or George “The Animal” Steele eating turnbuckles, flashing that green tongue.
Or the Hulkster wagging his finger, before beating someone with his golden shovel…lol
Thank God someone mentioned Jake the Snake. He's underrated I feel
Shawn Michael has a signature move of going over the turn buckle when he is tossed in the corner and The Big Show chest slap that the audiences love.
The Flair flop was off the chain! 😂😂😂
Goldberg does a spear, Edge does a stomach lariat
Idk whether this counts or not but I loved Jeff Hardy's entrance dance and his taunt while performing a high-risk maneuvers. i remember I use to do that everytime when Jeff showed up.
yeah the Hardy boyz hand guestures are special
I still remember his AEW debut. His brother was receiving a beatdown in the ring, but Jeff decided to dance a bit first 😂
Remember when he kissed Maria.
That flop was hilarious I remember my Mum actually laughing and she hated wrestling
Seeing Eddies smirk is a bittersweet memory.
I reckon Chris Benoit's throat thumb thing was iconic.
Just watching all of these brought me back to being a child and how much absolute enjoyment I was having back during this time of wrestling. Back when these were the things we loved to see on these shows. It's a heart of the show that seems to have been lost thru alot of things.
That smirk though!! Thank you for sharing your gift with the world Eduardo Guerrero. #LatinoHeat
Eddie was one of the best, great in ring work, amazing on the mic and even as a heel could get the crowd behind him that man was one of a kind and was taken way too soon
The smirk was so good that even in the nose bleed sections, you could tell Eddie was about to be up to his tricks! 😏😏😏
Just a smirk. Eddie was so charismatic, a small facial gesture makes the crowd go wild.
It's actually short for Edgar Guerrero Jr
@@shialebeef7274 tool!
For sheer intensity, nothing beats that jump and stomp Goldberg would do after hitting a Spear. It was like he was exploding out of himself, then the way he would roar into the camera, wild-eyed and deranged...you knew the Jackhammer was coming
I remember him so hyped up in his entrance, he stumbled. He does slapstick comedy too.
0:32 ain’t nobody gon talk about how taker just randomly raged at it 😭
The Nature Boy is 1 of a kind🤣
Man the Randy entry only reminds me how I miss him, hope he recovers well and comes back as soon as possible.
This is a part of the superstar kit that seems to get ignored by so many wrestlers these days. The right expression or movement that fits the persona you've built that pops in just a few moments
love how the flair flop often times even gets the wrestlers pumped up lol
Flair flop is so old school I love it.
Shout out to Otis that stayed keeping that man's Scotty Two Hotty charisma going...So sad people forgot about him😞
1:40 Regarding the “Attitude Adjustment” or as it was originally called the “F.U.”
Brick Lesnar’s finishing move was called the “F5” which is a Death Valley driver with a bit of a spin. Hence the name (referring to an F5 tornado).
Whilst not the same move as John Cena’s was more of a traditional Death Valley Driver, they named his the “F.U.” as a response to Lesnar’s “F5”. Then of course once the PG side took over it was completely renamed to the “Attitude Adjustment”.
same thing happened to Cena’s submission move. It used to be called the STFU. I forget what it’s called now though. Cena is terrible at applying this submission. He does it all wrong.
@frenchabortion Lol I only know Brock Lesnar not Brick Lesnar at least get the name right
@@gothard5 I still refuse to call Cena’s “submission” the STF! Calling it the STFU not only fit his character perfectly, but having a cool name was the only positive thing about him doing the move so sloppily LOL!!
The best part of the spear is always the announcers
A1: Spear!
A2: SPEAR!!
A1: SPEAR
I just love that bit where Undertaker goes up for the test of strength, Austin just flicks him off and Taker just shouts "f**k" within earshot of the cameras. Attitude/early Ruthless Aggression eras were king, even coming from a fan born in 2000.
during the austin middle finger segment, never seen vince sell the stunner that well.
He was so stiff, he might be the worst stunner recipient ever lol
@@robbaholic he is lol it's just that sell of it is probably his best
Vince not selling the Stunner as a kid is how I realized wrestling wasn't real... 🥲
My favorite part of the Flair flop is every time he did it on his way to try and tag HHH’s outstretched hand. Paul’s over the top reaction never disappointed.
I've forgotten how much I loved Flair flopping back in the day! Absolutely hilarious oversells🤣😂
His turnbuckle flip was great
@@themr_wilson Yes. And the speed he would go hitting the turnbuckle before flipping was sick! Just a second off and potential disaster body wise for real. Notice the difference between this last signature move & all that precedes it? It's the only one that's defensive & on the receiving end. That's part of the genius of the GOAT- except for 2 spots- most of his moves are on the receiving end & yet the best bad guy ever would get as huge a crowd reaction as the popular offensive moves of everyone else.
Stone Cold flipping Undertaker never fails to make me laugh
I dont really like Hogan. But him hulking up, shrugging off damage and ending with a big finger point at the opponent, that was pretty iconic.
How I wish I could go back to 2004
Eddie's smirk and subsequent actions never got old to me. Cracked me up each time.
“Not this way, not this way, Dammit! “
Maybe about time we get a Michael Cole Greatest Calls video
Flair flop was hilarious
Fun video. I feel like we don't see that very often anymore but it was one of the best parts of being a fan growing up
8:21 "Sure he didn't have an extensive move set starting out..."
He still doesn't...
Hahaha. Neither does Cena.
0:32 - Undertaker was such a great worker in the ring; he sells that middle finger like it was a backhanded chop to the chest...
John Cena owes Tony Yayo for the "u can't see me" hand gesture. It's actually called the Yayo Dance.
Fun Fact: The "you can't see me" John Cenas brother doing in a dance came from G-units Tony Yayo. He would do it in music videos lol
I liked Booker T's head-hand gimmick
That spot with The Rock getting POV stunnered will never not be hilarious 😂😂
Five knuckle shuffle by Cena, Stone cold middle finger, Edge going mad before hitting sphere and Undertaker suddenly rises
Lmao the Flair flop was hilarious.
I also always loved Eddie for the way how he was. Brilliant and hilarious character overall. Those were great times.
I love Lex Luger's calling for the package and Razor's call for the Edge.
Flair flop and Scotty 2 Hotty hopping on one leg into The Worm are best, most hilarious, and ridiculous.
2:30, the best part was that, week after week, D’Von would always reply to Buh-Buh’s call of his name with, “Wut?” like he didn’t know what Buh-Buh wanted. Lol
Nothing quite brings me the joy than watching ric flair do that flop!! Lol it makes my very spirit smile
D-Von.... GET THE TABLES!!! I can't lie, I couldn't wait for that line every time the Dudley Boyz were in the ring. And Randy's set up for the rko is my favorite moment in wrestling ever.
lol The Flair flop is so classic lol.. triple H's reaction is hilarious 😂😂😂😂
Great List..
That chop by Benoit 🥴😮💨
My favorite Flair Flop was Royal Rumble 1992 after being punched by Texas Tornado and you showed it here, starting at around 9:10! Awesome! His walk into it was sooo serious, so I never seen it coming lol.
This was my favourite flop too! Lol
I love how Lawler has to hold back his laughter after seeing the awful way Vince takes a stunner.
HHH's reactions for Flair's Flop are always pure gold.
Undertaker’s throat slash or sitting straight up. Rob Van Dam’s RVD chant. DX’s suck it. Rock’s elbow pad toss. Booker T’s spinnaroonie. Ultimate Warrior shaking the ropes.
this list put a smile on my face, made me think of all the matches that i'd watch with my grandpa. I miss those day for sure, but this takes me back. Ric is a god at selling his schtick an absolute legend and comedian, and the Dudley boyz were just incredible to say the least.
The flair flop has to be THE funniest thing ever in pro wrestling....or at least tied with R -Truth and his fool self.
I've never seen a flick full of flagrant flair flops in full and this is great.
8:47 it's choreographed the opponent definitely knows it's coming 🤣
LOL it's gotta be hard as a wrestler holding in the laughter as he does his flop to the ground
I remember watching a very old episode of Felix The Cat (before Cena existed) and he did the "you can't see me" gesture to a guy who almost run over him. So it's not like a Cena's creation.
Another thing i remember is Orton injuring himself by punching the mat on his pre-RKO pose, he dislocated his shoulder and was out for some months lmao
That goddamn smirk....you know something good is coming.
😂😂😂
All the Flair flops back to back is hilarious.
Eddie and Rick byyyyyyyy far 😂😂💯🖤..love this content.. keep up the awesome work fam
Taker's walk-away is hilarious every time I see it. It's hilarious that as soon as he gets flipped off he walks away
"Devoooon!!" Always gives me good chills!!!
Eddie's Smile and the Worm were two that I loved more than anything for different reasons.
Eddie had something up his sleeve and we were hyped to see what he would try to pull off.
Meanwhile Scotty 2 Hottie was one of my favorite tag wrestlers ever. Too Cool really was Too Cool. RIP GMS
HBK & Flair have the most iconic sells 😂👏🏾
“They won’t give him a chance to fall… oh there he goes” hahahahaha
10:26 - i love Lawler's playcalling here: "theyre not even lettin him fall down! oh wait, There he goes..."
That was super interesting to hear where “get the tables!!” Came from!
10:15 if you look carefully at beniot he shakes his head left and right and hes actually sending a signal to rick flair saying "do the flop" and again on the ringside when edge was in the ring after doing the chops
Taker’s Fbomb when getting the bird from Austin is timeless.
That smirk is infectious
The first time Eddie won that championship at summerslam was one of the greatest moments in wrestling history. That smirk made it even better
