Honestly the Samoa Joe Nope is something wrestling needs more of.
Joe was at the point of giving no fucks lol. I think other wrestlers are set on that part :P.
Steven/William Regal would do something similar on occasion.
It reminds me a bit of Yoko back in the day cause he would do something a bit similar and have the opponent throw themselves into the turnbuckle

Samoa Joe's Nope Walk is probably the most iconic thing he does. It's arguably one of the best taunts ever. It's funny, it's smart, and it almost always pops off.

@@shoebert31 Um...I have 1994-2009 Raw on dvd. So because I have the ability to pause and zoom in at my leisure over and over, I spotted a few anti RVD signs between 02-04. They weren't on every single show straight. But a few in each of those years that were visible.
Some "RVD sucks," "RVD is a spot monkey." "RVD is boring."
And the camera crew would quickly cut to a different area in the crowd. They didn't want that visible too many seconds to the tv audience.
And a lot of times (and this part doesn't neccessarily relate to RVD particularly) I saw posters that said, "They took my other sign." "Please don't take my signs."
RVD has a kind of dlc character vibe to him.

Of all the wrestlers over the years to use the throat slash, it was the Undertaker that made it famous! Yet he famously didn't want to do it at WrestleMania 26, and it was Shawn Michaels, his opponent, that signaled for the tombstone that led to the retirement of Shawn Michaels for eight long years!
The Joe walk was so ahead of its time.
Undertaker has the most iconic throat slash, however Arn Anderson has the best one. I still get chills whenever Arn does it.

Joe walking away is is probably one of the smartest wrestling taunts out there. The "attacker" mostly hurts themselves by belly flopping or face planting, while Joe remains unhurt.

Yeah? They didn't get there by themselves you know and by the time the crotch chop became wide spread, everyone knew what was going on at these wrestling matches. I guess even in the late 90s, people were having a hard time understanding it is the parents' job to check what their kids see, not the outside world's.
The walk away is also best used when it's obvious that Joe can clearly see the aerial move coming. Otherwise, it kinda just feels like a no sell.
