This video captures Alan, (Alan Resnick’s character for the channel) Panicking as he attempts to pick up a blue chair, it almost seems as if he is reacting to someone dying or something as you can hear the sheer panic and dread in his voice. Later on in the channel it seems he ran away, got abducted, made a bunch of videos, the 2 weirdest ones capturing what seems to be a *human leg* spinning on some sort of pole and him finally escaping his abductor by breaking a hole in the wall. The whole channel is exetremely underrated and interesting and I recommend you look into it.

(Explaining the bee thing) As a trans person myself, it's just a joke. May not be obvious because a lot of trans people say "[insert character] is trans" seriously (that's just headcanon tho).
It holds the same weight as someone making a Hahafunny post that says "Hatsune Miku says trans rights!" Or "Donkey Kong says trans rights are human rights!" Its a running joke within the trans community to take a well known/well liked character and be like "they're trans/they support trans people" bc it pisses off transphobes (or just people who feel like being mad when trans people Do Stuff).
