Yiddish Quiz-game: Children's Round

Some of Yugntruf's youngest members take part in a Yiddish ייִדיש אונטן
version of college bowl during Yugntruf's annual Yiddish Week. Yidish-Vokh (Yiddish Week) is an all Yiddish retreat run by Yugntruf Youth for Yiddish which brings together Yiddish speakers and students from various backgrounds to live together for a week solely in Yiddish. In this clip the children answer questions about Jewish culture, general trivia, music, Yiddish vocabulary and even math.

Amazing - I was looking for Jiddish language examples on CZcams and I was absolutely surprised, how much I'm able to understand as I am a native German speaker. Too bad that there are such few people here in Germany speaking Jiddish - and that the language is almost endemic for the jewish. It should be tought in at least at college level school here in Germany to preserve this amazing language.
