I used to have long hair...I got pulled over, was shitting my pants...the officer walks up to my window, looks at me and says never mind mate and starts to walk away..I asked what was up n he said the number plate is insured under a guys name (me) I thought it was a girl driving the car and wanted to check what was going on.. basically I got pulled over cus the officer thought I was a girl đ€Łđ€Łđ€ŠđŒââïž

Same here - it took several years to hit as well, I had no clue what happened, or the trigger. Psychologists believe itâs linked to compassion, so if you empathise a lot then youâre more susceptible - apparently. Ben is a great example of the struggle back to some semblance of normality - but the fight never really ends forever, you learn to cope - it changes you as a person and you are never quite the same again if you succumb to it.
I'm a retired cop of 19 years in the states I was offered 10000 dollars was a guy trafficking heroin he had 10 kilos in his truck. He's doing 15 years federal time.
I guess he should not have lowballed you đ
Haha i got pulled once and got told off by a 10 year old police cadet, one of the most embarrassing moments of my life đ€Ł
Ben is legit the best person I have watched on CZcams, been subbed to him since nearly day one... Keep going guys, it's so inspiring
I got pulled over during lockdown for being out at 3am. Cop just wanted to verify that I was out the house for legit reasons (work) at that time of night.
He came up to my window, saw my NHS Ambulance uniform, went red with embarrassment and said "Oh sorry, I didn't realise. Have a good night sir." I laughed with him and replied "Are you sure you don't want to see my licence?"
He just laughed and waved me off.
They can't do shit to people who are out at that time anyway
@@RealParadoxed he wanted to give me a ÂŁ200 fine
@@unbeatablesniper16 That's just wrong
@@RealParadoxed I didn't worry about the rule cos it didn't apply to me at the time, but the government tried to issue a ÂŁ200 fine to anybody out of their house during the lockdown without a valid reason (shopping, exercise).
Some people have been fined for going to a picnic at the park others fined for gathering in a large group at a friend's house.
You can cry all you want, the police have the power to bill you for breaching the curfew.
The story of jack getting pulled over is too funny , should be a video of its own.
I wonder what bribes Stevie would attempt if he got pulled overđ

Iâve been pulled over twice, first time was definitely my own fault, speeding to get to the cinema on time (first cinema had pulled the screening, so we raced over to another), I was honest about it and apologised, they let me off and I still got to the cinema before the movie started.đ€Ł
Second time I got pulled over, the officer was a total dick, he had his main beams on coming towards me so I was flashing him to turn them off, I couldnât even tell it was a police car because I was being dazzled⊠he spun round and pulled me, tried had a go at me for flashing and âdeliberately dazzlingâ him and then held me up trying to find defects on my car, questioned me about drink driving and breathalysed me (Iâd been designated driver, on pop all night, on my way back from dropping friends home)⊠he let me go when I pointed out that I had dash cam footage showing why Iâd flashed him and that it was still rolling. Iâd done nothing wrong at all. I think he mustâve thought I was being funny trying to criticise his driving, but I wasnât, he was just blinding me.
I think youâre right about police not pulling you over for no reason, Iâm definitely not a perfect driver but I generally donât do anything that would draw any attention to myself, Iâve never had any points or even a parking ticket, so Iâve done alright. Iâve been followed a few times. that goes with the territory of driving an old, bright metallic yellow Golf GTI, the car draws attention, but I imagine that they check the details, determine that everything checks out and then split off.
Sounds fun
"It's not worth it" nice to see he considered it anyway
What a legend
I was pulled over for driving slow from McDonalds drive through and got breathalised lol I just didnt want my drink to spill
I think a title change is in order, âreceivedâ gives off the wrong impression, maybe âofferedâ would be betterđ
your wish was his command
Jackâs such a bad boy doing 38 in a 30
I was done by a camera for doing 63kmh in a 60kmh zone on a 4-lane road in Melbourne, Australia around 20 years ago. My alleged speed was dropped to 61kmh to allow for error. I sent an email to the traffic office explaining why I was over the limit, saying that I hadn't been booked for anything for the previous 25 years and could they please let me off. They did. I don't know about other people, but a machine detecting an offence of being 1kmh over the limit and a letter in the mail a month later doesn't motivate me to slow down. I'm not a speeder anyway. Police presence on the roads does have an effect. The latest insanity from from government is that reducing the speed limit from 40kmh to 30kmh in built-up areas will slow down the people who do 100kmh in 40kmh zones. It will also stop drunk teens and sleepy people from running off country roads and hitting trees.
I really understand what Ben has been saying about dick heads who drive recklessly in areas busy with pedestrians and heavy traffic. I also found it quite amusing when I passed a police sign on a multi-lane, divided highway that said "If you're doing 100, you're doing OK". It was early in the morning and the highway had frequent patches of black ice. The speed limit was 100kmh and I was driving between 40 and 60 kmh.
Once got pulled over after driving 20 yards from a night club. I was the designated driver for the evening and sober, but the police were just sitting outside the club car park waiting for people to make the wrong decision to drive drunk. Sneaky sneaky
That's what bothers me witb some police offices they'll watch you'll potential go to commit a crime instead of intervening and preventing it, it's like watching someone going to shoot someone then letting them do it so you can charge them for murder instead of intent, doesn't make sense
8:00 had me in tearsđ
imagine pulling a person over and not being a police officer
Just shows the characters in the police he said he had a partner that used to like making people cry disgusting
Why? Fear can be what stops that person from killing someone accidentally. Whilst not the best method it may work.
@@gsw8734 that is not my point mate fair enough scare them make them realise my point is he openly admits there were people he worked with who enjoyed making people cry Iâm talking about the state of character of some police not fear disgraceful that our tax money pays psychopaths like that to get off on scaring people if they werenât police they wouldnât get away with it. I've been told once that I got stopped for "routine checks". Was followed for about 3 miles and drove fine and the officer admitted it. Checked my docs and let me on my way, think some stops are random but who knows.
Sure it should say "been offered" đđ makes it sound like he's accepted the bribes đđ

I now want to become a traffic cop
My uncle got let of once for speeding as his daughter was in hospital and he sped to go to the hospital and the officer followed him to the hospital then let him off when they got to the reception
I keep telling my mom to stop going 6 mph or so over the speed limit, but she says that you can to keep up with the traffic, is this true?

80% of cops are jobsworths ! Theyâd take the bribe đđ
Youâve just contradicted yourself, if theyâre a jobsworth, they wonât take a bribe.
Look up the word âjobsworthâ
that makes no sense you muppet lmfao
You do know it's practically impossible to bribe a police officer in the UK on the street.
You've had an absolute mare there buddy
I once worked at Pizza Hut in Halifax and a cop car blue lighted all the way through town so they could get to pick up their pizza whilst it was still hot. (This is about 15 years ago)
Does that happen a lot? Is it legal?
Most police forces have a black box fitted to their cars now. Unlikely it would happen now. Not impossible but certainly less likely!

Not having a license, lessons or having passed. a driving test is no reason not to be driving, The only times I've ever been pulled over (twice) was for just that reason. Kids these days. ;-)
Everyone gets a ticket in nottingham.....
just putting it out there, police do pull you over for nothing. I got pulled over for driving through a rough area with my uncle and grandad in the car and the officer told me thats the only reason he pulled me over. wanted to check if we wasn't dodgy -_-
If you are driving in the UK the police can pull you over for no reason.
Well then it's not for nothing then! đ€Ł Doing his job by making sure you're not dodgy!
I got pulled over because I'd driven from a rough (apparently) area and my car was similar to one used by a drug dealer. I was in my work uniform at the time and just confused as they let me go after about 2 minutes.

In Canada they don't try educate you or even talk much - just get a ticket - it's all revenue generation $$$$$$$$
If you get pulled for speeding, never tell an officer you donât know what speed you were doing - thatâs driving without due care and attention - if you admit you were doing 40 in a 30, at least it shows youâre aware of your speed which âmayâ be deemed safe depending on the circumstances ie 05.30 on a Sunday morning - unlikely, but far better to be admit full awareness of what youâre doing than admit to being totally oblivious. Honesty; best policy *every* time if youâre pulled.
Think it could depend where you live. In America police are probably more likely to just use that against you since it's an admission of guilt.

Tbf that bus lane outside the city hospital is deadly for fines
One on trent bridge is a killer too
What does t5 mean?

T5 is an engine designation Volvo uses.
Regardless of what the generalised opinion of the police is.
I for one really appreciate the Police for what they do, no one goes into the job with Bad intentions. (Some may do, but in most jobs you have bad eggs).
But without the Police the country would be like GTA Online.
There is no excuse good enough to speed, and no one challenges him, then he says weâre not arseholes.đ€Šââïž
There is no legal excuse to speed, you are breaking the law.
Someone else that's been done for going down a bus lane in Nottingham, I bet I know exactly which one it was as well because I was done for it!
Sat Nav said straight on, what it actually meant was a 90 degree turn left because dead straight on was a bus lane
Only excuse for speeding that works is if thereâs a woman in Labour in the car
If Bens QQing about being pulled over on a one way I'm surprised he became a rozzer.

When i was younger saved up from working away got my self a nice car... I was getting pulled over alot to the point I was going to sell the car mainly after work 7pm ruffly they'd always say the same thing.... your cars showing up as not insured on our system witch would then lead to questions about where im going, what my job is, we can smell weed in the car we need to search it... I've come across a few decent police but the majority of them are b***ends on a massive power trip
Ha sorry so sorry but you guys honestly can't really drive! đđ This gives me the giggles
People crying when theyâre pulled over for speeding. Says a lot about you as a person that going double the speed and risking other peoples lives is fine, but a ÂŁ30 fine makes you cry
Actually standard speeding fine for being caught in the uk is ÂŁ180. For first time offences you can attend a speed awareness course to avoid points on your licence but this still costs ÂŁ85

these are good but he needs to ask cops about the systemic racism
