the director said that the #sunkenplace represents being aware of the system of racism white supremacy but being powerless to do anything about it...so it is deep and there are many deep references for those who are woke or want to be woke per say.
however the film can be enjoyed on a surface level too... its not everyday 'woke'.. some just wanna escape the ills of the world when they watch a film so i get it.

I think is a creative series of a Watch and Go! Evelyn did a great commentary without giving too much away! Loved Get Open and this is definitely a unique spin on movie/show reviews.

I can't with Evilyn's skin it's just so beautiful, so even, so matte, it's the perfect shade of brown, it's just amazing.

What I get from the film is that when you do go into another culture such as that one Chris did, you will have to have some level of personality transplant of sorts..this family took it to the maximum degree though x

I saw this movie, sitting next to an interracial couple, and it was the most tense theatre ever. Everyone clapped during the climax.

that movie is honestly epic to me lol., it was just all kinds of right and wrong wrapped in one. i just loved it.
A throwback review of a classic would be entertaining. Like Imitation of Life ... or a comedy like Harlem Nights or Coming to America ... Never gets old 🤷🏾♀️

I finally got around to watching the movie "Sing" last night. It was better than I expected and the music was boss!
Daniels expressions went on point with mines every time the white propel said sum weird😂😂 but yes he is very "moisturised" 😍
