Yet EV sales keeps increasing fast!!
Where have you been. Sales are down, used EV prices have crashed.
He might be European - like half of Europe is the size of Michigan - I literally crossed Romania on 15 dollar gas ( small engine ) - in the states it’s a different story
i belive those experts as mutch as i belived doctor fouche bigest scamer ever
I switched from gas to ev back to gas….. back to ev again. Never going back to gas again. It’s god awful
Combustion engines output a set amount of power/energy. They will simply waste or bleed off the excess. That's the difference between them and EV's. Evergy isn't generated, its stored and used. The problem is that Lithium ION batteries simply suck and perhaps Sodium will eventually remedy the runaway effect leading to super hot fires and other issues. I'm big into EV's, but this video is mostly correct, there are big downsides. It doesn't mean that within 10 years those will be resolved however. Personally, a sodium or less combustible battery type and 1000 miles per charge would sell me, but not likely until then. They are also simply too expensive, starting at like $40k for a Model 3 which is meh to begin with doesn't help.
Wait until EV owners have to start paying a fuel tax. They will lose their minds.
nothing will ever make me get an ev.
Both? Both. Both. Both is good.
I switched back to ICE, EV infrastructure is just not there yet and safety is a concern also.
I do not see why EV should be the only option……. there are other technologies out there
Tesla safer than gas ⛽️
@@user-hx5qv4kd6 not true I had a Tesla ……. total Garbage car, never again……!!!! the new EV’s from competitors are much better built cars
Actually looking forward to Hydrogen cell cars taking off. They will take off in Japan soon I believe.
@@MD-dl5hn hydrogen even more unsafe. Boom stuff
Brought to you by Exxon.
My ice car depreciated 50%. My EV car rated 340 miles gets 400!!!! No one I know with an EV will ever go back to IVE. Every year EV sell more and more. As EV new prices go down, resale prices go down. Such is market pricing. The fire scare is very very very rare. Hint: don’t buy an EV older than 5 years if you have any of these problems BTW. The gps route shows you where to recharge. No guessing and unless you can only drive on back roads there is no issue recharging. The three or four hold-out states with bad charging coverage will fall in line when the tourists stop and they lose out on federal charger funding.
And last but not least least. No EV owner I know will ever go back to ICE.
It must be a regional thing - in Michigan maybe 1/3 of every drivers switched back to ic (gave the car to wife and kid) - different temps here - for the city they are great cars - but for money making they are not - under load and under cold weather they still need to fix some issues
yes, i'm switching as well..... to TESLA.
nonsense
I switch garbage gas car to Tesla. Thanks.
