actualy the reason why yasuke is even alive (minus game magic) is because he was only an honerary samuri not a true samuri. he was odas bodygaurd and was their the day he was assasinated, he saved odas son but when they were captured, odas son comited sapaku while yasuke was told not to do it do to a mixture of he wasnt a true samuri or did he truly understand what a sapaku ment, so he was instead sent to a jesuet temple where he lived the rest of his life at.

But I'm highly educated on Yasuke & Japanese history in particular. Games are just games but this scene is Euro-Fantasy & is suggesting Yasuke was not a real Samurai but Adams who came later in the 17th century was more legitimate. Also with the game being fictional, they could have definitely altered something and made him much more relevant instead of kneeling.
