In this episode of The Herbalist Hour I'm joined by Sam Coffman.
Sam is the co-founder of The Human Path and Herbal Medics Academy. He's also the author of "Herbal Medic: A Green Beret’s Guide to Emergency Medical Preparedness and Natural First Aid".
In this conversation we chat about how he got into herbalism, being an herbal medic, botanical functional medicine, the "Knees Over Toes Guy", chaparral, mainstream medical assistance, building a business with your spouse and a ton more.
Huge thanks to Sam for joining me on the show, and thanks to YOU for listening!
Enjoy the episode and we'll see you next time,
~Mason

Reading his book right now.
Love it! ~Mason
Not sure what just happened, but a memory from childhood just came back to me. It was my mom telling me to talk to the plants....they grow better. I seem to remember something along those lines from my grandma, too. Not sure what to do with this. I need to think about it a bit.
Great chat!
Thanks Deborah! ~Mason
