I love your opening Oshala's single herbs that you ordered....people need to see them....what they look like, their fragrance/scent, and it's ALWAYS fresh...no pesticides, no gmo, no herbacides.....just rain water, composte, lots of love and talking to all these wonderful plants that they raise with their hearts ;-).

I LOVE it, I think all parrots are really cute and I hope that one day they will find a nice new forever home. I wish there were more wonderful people like this. I would have loved to have had an aviary like this for all my birds so we could have adopted more. A quarantine aviary or a special area for new arrivals who might be sick and need to be cared for. My dream is to save many different animals and to build a sanctuary for them.

I still teach and I still sell herbs out of my house and I do it in a very low price because it's gotten ridiculously expensive and I live in a very low income area New Mexico so I thank you

I am so grateful that you said this at this time I started in our business in the mid-80s after working with herbs for 20 years and I actually did support my kids barely on all kinds of products I made mainly locally I sell them but I got all around the place all the way to England and then I started having troubles when all the government came down in the 90s and then just kept to the farmer's market in 2010 as I live in New Mexico but I would like to say that a lot of the counterculture friends I had who ran stores back in the day and still do and have become very successful have ended up being part of the problem as much as I might have become if I had continued

I had the fantastic experience of mushrooms talking to me one time. I had been reading one of Paul Stamet's books. HIs passion is so inspiring, even contagious! Anyway, I went out to hunt for mushrooms in the woods of Western NC where I lived at the time. It was February. We were enjoying a spell of milder, warmer weather. I was already happy to have a day off from work and enjoy being outside for a change, too. My heart as well as my mind was wide open. Seems to me this made all the difference. That, and curiousity lead to me a vacant lot full of oak and hemlock with a small clearing. In the middle of the clearing was a standing dead yellow birch tree. Quite rare for that area, actually. And on that standing dead yellow birch were several Horsehoof conks. Leaning up against it was a fallen branch with a couple more conks. I smiled, bowed and said hello. The conks were upside-down and so their gills were facing up instead of down. I saw they were full of water, as was the branch, just soaked. Immediately, I clearly heard their voices in my mind. 'Help! Help! We're drowning! Turn us over, Turn us over!' I did that. It seemed the very air changed from being agitated to peaceful. I asked if I could take one of them home with me. My eyes were drawn to just one conk that was in the worst condition. I still have it. P.S. I collect rocks, too!

Very intriguing! A year ago, bought a fixer upper house on a 1/4 acre lot that hadn't been occupied for 10 years. The climate is new to me, too. I've learned that this area was once a meeting place for the indigenous tribes here in Eastern Washington. Alkanet is all over the fields. From the little I could find online, it wasn't eaten, but inhaled as part of their spiritual practices in addition to being used as a dye. I've identified and tasted a few of the plants here with a phone app and then looked them up online. Mugwort is the most prolific. Aromatic and uplifting to my spirit. I made a tea. A cold bitter. Yes, it does calm, restores balance to the gut. Mallow. Mild and pleasant, just slightly slimy. Warm and soothing. I wonder if it would make a good salve. Lamb's quarters...hmm. I liked it in a salad, but don't know how to describe it other than to say it tastes warm and 'green.' All I can say is that means it's rich in nutrients like the B and C vitamins and anti-oxidants. Helps prevent infections, perhaps. I know I have a LOT to learn! I'm interested in your course. Thank you!

I had to give up my parrot more than 20 years ago. They took him in without question and were very very kind. They gave me updates on how he was doing and a report from his adopters. I appreciate this rescue so much ❤

So... I have developed technology that speaks to plants through vibration. A vibration trellis haptically contacts the plant . The trellis is made out of aluminum and uses a surface transducer to create mechanical wave vibrations. This tech will change agriculture forever. Stay tuned.

Good morning. I’m desperately seeking an herb from South America. I’m sure I’m going to spell it incorrectly…. Tila tropatia! It’s an herb that bubbles under water. It supplies oxygen to the brain. Please help if you can. Thank you.
