Wal-mart corporate policy has always been to let people sleep in there vehicles at the furthest parks of their parking lots. Recently some municipalities have banned the practice and some managers ask people to move on in others...but in general, you should be good.

Your hammering that inverter... coil type hot plates are and typical coffee makers are super crazy hard on electric... try induction style much easier on inverter. If you tax out the inverter ( unknowingly ) it can easy fry all your stuff plugged into it. i.e. computers, printers, phone chargers, etc.
Dont trust the watt numbers on inverter or appliances.
Also note inverters and appliances die and get older a little each time you use them, as time goes by inverters handle and put out less and less, and appliances require more and more.
Been off grid boating for 12 years , this is life.
